Description of Work: Came out within 3 days after emailing them. Jon was real honest about my maple tree. It is dying and there was nothing he could do about it. Jon came out and gave me a free consultation.

Description of Work: Sean came to look at a Japanese red maple that had bark peeling off and less leaves this spring than our other one. He stopped by for free when he was nearby for another job and then will be back out in the fall to monitor the changes and give it an injection ($100). You can tell he loves his job which I always like to see. They seem like a great company to work with so far.

 + -1 moreOverall experience was excellent. I have had work done by large tree companies in the past and the difference is like night and day. With Urban Arborists, you deal with a knowledgable and responsive individual who is the one doing the planning, the work and doing or overseeing the clean up in a responsible and professional manner. He has all the right equipment. There was no damage to property and clean up was excellent. I am convinced that the very high price for large tree companies is for the number of men who are sitting around and watching all the action and not participating in the work. That isn't the case with this company.
Description of Work: I had one tree cut back after storm damage. I had one large tree totally removed from leaning precariously over the house. Later I had three stumps removed. Not sure of total expense.
