The gal who answered the evening call from me, the furnace tech, Brian, who advised me over the phone, and Justin, who came to our home, were all professional, competent, and friendly. I am so glad I signed up for World Class Services annual service contract. I have needed to call them several times this past year! Kudos to the telephone gal, sorry I did not remember her name, Brian and Justin for servicing my furnace during the February 2022 ice and snow storm.

The team from World Class Services was world class. This was the best customer experience we've ever had. They were very responsive and stayed on it until the issue was resolved....even going so far as to scout several states to find the equipment needed. They were respectful of our home and very pleasant. We highly recommend World Class Services!!

They did the repair job, hopefully it is worth the cost. They try to add on additional fees to give you a "discount" on service calls. We had to relight the HWT after they left, not sure why the cover was off to begin with, so that was an issue. All in all, I was pleased with the quick response time, not sold on the rest of the job.

Customer service was great! The technician was very helpful. Price was more than I expected. I could have almost bought a whole new AC unit for what I was charged. Disappointed about the cost.

Prompt, quality service. Same day replacement of my old water heater. It's so nice to have hot water after a whole weekend without it.

I thought we had a carbon dioxide leak, but the technician found it was a air leak in the basement coming through a crack in the wall from an adjoining condo. They had been varnishing something. The technician still checked our furnace and water heater. What a great company! We will always use them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They are ridiculously overpriced and they take advantage of he fact that you need immediate services. I hired world class and they charged me 200.00 to wipe down my water heater and spent the rest of the time trying to up sell services like their maintenance plan. When they left, I still had no hot water. I ended up needing a part that had to be ordered. Because my water heater was under warranty, I got the part for free, but they tried to charge me for the part, and an additional 450.00 for labor, even though I paid 200 initially and still had no hot water! They said they d take 150 off but nothing more. I ended up having to get my part from them and finding another contractor, who only charged 150.00 for the same service. Luckily, the new contractor actually provided world class services. This ordeal had me without hot water for nearly 2 weeks! Spend your money with a company who respects you, your time, and your money; not world class services!

Technicians were able to come out within hours of requesting a quote. They were professional, courteous, communicated well and efficient.

Bryan gave me a call, as a prior job was causing him to run a little later than the time frame given to me. I appreciated the 'heads up'. He was able to use the code in my service manual to discover the problem and quickly re-set things. 48 hrs later, it still runs fine. I was pleased that this outcome will provide me some more time to save for a replacement, as this one is 9 yrs old. He let me know of your 'same as cash' 12 mos financial plan, if the replacement is needed sooner than later.

Our service tech, Brian, was great. He explained what he was doing. He didn t make a mess in our house and was personable.

Brian was very professional and showed up on time. We were impressed with his attitude, and he put 100% into what he was doing when he was looking at our water heater.
