TAMB was professional from the estimate to completion of the job. They followed up the estimate and service date by email and phone. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. My questions were answered and they offered suggestions. On the day of service the crew arrived on schedule in the coolest uniforms and quickly completed the job. Other than the empty spaces where the trees used to be, there was no indication that they had ever been on my property. Clean-up was beyond expectations. I would definitely hire them again.

I was extremely pleased with their efficiency. They removed all three trees, ground down the stump of a fourth that we had previously removed, and cleaned up within an hour. The entire process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with at the company was pleasant and professional. I was especially impressed that they have a sister business using the wood from large trees they remove to make stunning pieces of furniture.

Amazing service! After contacting them they showed up quickly for a quote. They indicated when we first spoke to them that they had currently 2+ month backlog, but since we had a tree knocked over from a storm they offered to take care of it immediately. The price was competitive with other services who gave quotes, but they were more friendly and professional, which lead us to choose their service. They arrived the next morning right when promised and removed the tree quickly and professionally. The clean up of the area and cut the stump was better than I expected. The entire transaction was friendly and professional, and they honored the quote exactly as given.

Rarely do you get high quality, quick response and reasonable cost all wrapped up in one package. Well I did with these guys. Not only was their cost the best of the three companies I quoted by a large margin, but they completed all work as requested and took care if it in a timely manner. Was fun to watch too!

This company did a fantastic job from start to finish. I had a somewhat urgent need to get the tree out so I could plant grass and make the yard less of a mud pit for an impending puppy adoption. Not a real emergency of course but they were very helpful in getting me a quick quote and on the schedule fast. The quote was competitive. When the guys came out for the work the foreman listened to all my concerns carefully and everything was completed perfectly in a few hours. When I first started getting quotes I kind of balked at the price of tree removal /service until you see all that is involved. These guys bring in some big equipment and work very hard. Worth every penny and I would hire again.

Great, hard-working crew! Good communication: Even had me walk the property with them before they began to ensure we were on the same page with the work to be done. They were careful and cleaned up the debris after the job was done. Would definitely use again.

Got competitive quote. Left message requesting quote; call returned next day. Quote about week later. Estimator explained work well. Priced competitively, about 10% less. Very busy so couldn't do work for 3-4 weeks so I went with another service. Otherwise was my top pick.

Excellent! Anthony gave me a quote a couple weeks ago which was the 2nd lowest of 6. (The lowest accepted the job but after that didn't show up and didn't return my call) Anthony and crew showed up on time and I was impressed with the professional job they did. They took care to not damage my house, deck, landscaping and my neighbors fence and house. They did a fantastic clean up job as well from the backyard to out in the street around their trucks.

Without calling to confirm, Anthony came to my house on a Saturday. He rang the doorbell and knocked loudly on the glass next to the door. Because I was not expecting anyone, I didn't open the door. For some reason he thought the best plan of action then was to go to my backyard deck and look through my window at me watching basketball. I didn't see him as my back was to the window. He then called me while still looking through my window. I ignored the call as I didn't recognize the number. He then knocked loudly on my window and just stared at me as I turned around very startled and confused. He was literally about 2 feet behind me on the other side of my window. I had no idea who this person was (so thankful it wasn't my wife or daughter at home alone), so I got very angry and kicked him out of my yard. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Potential customers should be very leery of this guy - he may be staring through your window at some point without your knowledge.

Great! They were doing some trimming at our neighbors so I walked over and asked how much it would be to remove a dying evergreen in our front yard. I was given a price by the owner and they took it out before they left, removed the stump, and covered over the hole. I was very pleased and relieved to have that job taken care of. I will definitely use their services, when needed, again.

The guys were great. Came when they said and came for work. In no time they were up in the tree and cutting out deadwood and branches. Took it away from the house so the branches stopped beating it during wind and storms. Cherry looks awesome. Better than it has in several years. Even after a couple other companies tried to trim it. The viburnum they cut down to about half its size since they are hearty growers. Cleaned up the areas they worked in. Will definitely have them back next year for my other trees. Happy customer!!

They don't staff the office all the time but office staff always returned calls within a day. Curtis performed the work and did a great job. He was on time, polite, & professional. He was also conscientious of our down spouts and related drainage pipes while removing the stumps. He cleaned up the area around each stump with a rake and leaf blower and removed several large tree remnants.

We decided to remove 2, 40 year old, 60’ tall pin oak trees in our back yard that had just gotten too big and out of control … Anthony and his crew of 6 arrived on time, got set up and within 3 hours the stumps were ground and they were done … they protected our grass with plywood and pads and cleaned up everything … we’ve been here for 22 years and in that time have used 12 or so contractors for various projects, with mixed results … there have been only 2 that were 100% satisfied with and Trees Are My Business is one of them … we highly recommend them for arborist services and will use them again … Mark & Sandy, Westerville, Ohio

Excellent! We were referred by prior customers of theirs, whom I know to have high expectations. We had Anthony out a few years ago to discuss removal of two large trees. We did not want to lose the trees and he advised us how to maintain them on our own to get a little more life out of them. When the time came we had to remove the trees, we called Anthony to get an updated quote. We did call during their busy season and it took about a week to get an estimate and were told 6-8 weeks before completion when we called to schedule. They did email a work order/invoice though. As it turns out, there was an error on the work order, a miscommunication, so I emailed them. They corrected it, and clarified another detail I questioned, and sent an updated work order/invoice. As promised, about 6 weeks later, they called and scheduled with me, as well as confirming the details of the job. The crew arrived promptly on the day scheduled and worked through the heavy drizzle. They seemed to communicate well with each other, were safe, and very efficient. They fully dropped one of the large trees, safely, with no damage to our property or neighboring homes or cars, and were amazing to watch too. The other tree had to be pieced out, not dropped, due to how it grew over our home but again, no damage and efficient work. They cleaned everything up afterwards very well and I might mention this all was done in less than 5 hours since they had all the right equipment. We couldn't be more pleased and have already referred them to others. One of those referrals is to a neighbor who watched them from beginning to end that day and was very impressed. Only tree service we will use from now on.

Despite accepting the bid and being placed on their schedule several weeks out, when the day finally came, the arborists who showed up for the job refused to do the work. The reason given was that the tree would look bad and our neighbors would talk. This was a safety trim that we needed in order to get through the winter when in the spring the entire tree, plus two others on our property would be coming down. If this was going to be an issue, this company should have never accepted the job weeks earlier. We had to find another company on short notice. I would advise them to send the arborist who will be doing the job to the first appointment so that this can be avoided in the future. I can't speak to their work, so this review is only in regards to the estimate process and their reliability.

Called first thing in the morning and a representative came yet that morning and provided an estimate. The estimate was accepted, and the work was completed early in the afternoon. They did an excellent job, and I would definitely use them again.

Great work. It took several months to do the work and I wondered if they had forgotten. No date other than after mid-November was given. They came mid- January. The work was professionally done and clean up was great.

Anthony came out soon after I requested a quote. The quote he gave me was right in line with another companies quote. Anthony sent me link to a video his company had made and it was impressive. Also there were a good amount of reviews on Angie's List which the vast majority rated his company an "A". Did a nice job and cleaned up well.

Work performed was great. Cleaned up, & left.
