Description of Work: TIM WAS ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS, AND ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE WAS QUICK TO RETURN MY CALL, PERFORMED A CORE AERATION OF MY LAWN IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME, AND WAS PLEASANT IN MANNER, PROVIDING A RECEIPT UPON PAYMENT (CASH OR PERSONAL CHECK APPARENTLY ACCEPTED).
