Description of Work: Replaced kitchen sink sprayer and installed new garbage disposal. The plumber made an extra trip to this shop so the sprayer matched the existing faucet. As of end of first week, everything is working well.

Description of Work: They replaced sections of drainage pipe, extended sump pump draw, and replaced risers. My only disappointment was that I was not provided with an itemized bill until I requested one. However, once requested it was provided and an error in billing was corrected.

Courteous serviceman arrived well within the selected service call appointment window. Cost was competitive. Will definitely use these folks again and would recommend to others.

Description of Work: The provider cleaned out my main drain...sewer line. No other provider I have used for this service in the past had such knowledge and quality equipment. I will definitely call them again !

Description of Work: They unclogged the septic drain. They did well. He was fast and on time. He was very courteous and clean and I would use them again. I told them I would keep them on speed dial for the future.

Description of Work: With all the torrential rain, I noticed that water was backing up at the downspout and thought I had a drainage issue. They responded quickly and tested it for water flow, which appeared that it was draining. Then they got the camera out and tracked from both ends to see if there was any blockage. Luckily, I did not have a blockage - just a 3 inch drain that couldn't handle the volume of the torrential rains.

Description of Work: Came out the to clear downspout drain. Cleared leaves from gutter. Had them return when gutter overflowed again. Returned and ran rooter from street to drain pipe. Gutter overflowed again. Came back again and removed the connection drain to the drain pipe going to the street. Cleaned the connection and the overflow problem. They wanted to charge me extra for each trip. I refused and got the owner to only charge for the original trip.

Description of Work: Used a "snake" to clear our outside drains from the house to the street.

Description of Work: Drainworks is a good company. They were friendly and easy to contact. Their service rep was punctual and knowledgeable. I called them because I had a blockage in the drain that runs from the house to the street. The rep got on his hands and knees at the curb, shone a light up the pipe, and determined that the blockage was due to tree roots. He told me Drainworks could replace the pipe, but not until spring. In the meantime he offered to run a snake up the pipe to dislodge the roots. I agreed. He proceeded to snake the pipe and within 15 minutes had cleared the drain. For this, I was charged $258, which I consider to be a bit steep. Had the charge been $100 or $150, I wouldn't have thought twice. But $258? Ouch!

Description of Work: The service person investigated the problem and indicated that it was not a plumbing problem. He provided suggestions in what the problem might be. He was very professional, punctual and customer focused.

Description of Work: Drainworks came out to repair a drain from a downspout at the corner of my home. The drain in the ground was not draining to the street. The result was water getting in a corner of the basement. I had tried snaking out the drain but to no avail. David from Drainworks came out and found the clog and opened it up. He also checked the other drains feeding to the street but they were fine. The fee was $175.00. For another $100, I had him check all the other drains around my house. All were clear! I would definitely hire this company again.

Description of Work: Shawn arrived as scheduled and went to work diagnosing the problem. He ascertained that the sewer line was clogged and went to work with his big snake machine. Within 20 minutes the tree roots had been removed and the drain was running again. I was very pleased. The service was excellent and the price was right. I will use the Drainworks for all my drain cleaning in the future.

Description of Work: Shawn came out and cleared the sewer line in our home. Drainworks was the 4th company that came out to do this and the only company that did it correctly. The other 3 companies were those from our home warranty company that we had to use. I highly recommend Drainworks if there is a stoppage in your sewer line. The home warranty plumbing companies do not know what their doing and you still have to pay if stoppage is due to tree roots. I had a video of my line done as well...thats why the cost of $345. It would have been less if I just had them clear the line. Shawn knew what he was doing and we were very pleased with his job.
