Technician arrived on time and ran camera through line. Told us no need to clean because the line was clear of debris, tree roots, etc. So we were just charged for inspection and given Angieslist discount.

First of all, I am usually very critical in my reviews since money doesn't grow on trees. At least where I live. With that said, the work done was excellent!!! They gave me a very competitive proposal, were on time (actually early), very professional and answered all of my questions. Stefan and Dave, who performed the work, were top notch, period! They explained the process, worked expediently, and just did a GREAT job. You can barely tell they were here, they cleaned up, and the work they did is top quality. I am so pleased with how it went I even called the General Manager to let him know. Again, the work they did was awesome, but Stefan and Dave exceeded my expectations and both deserve a raise, sorry Rob :). Great work, fair price, and excellent customer service! Will definitely use them again for ALL future needs. Thank you very much!!!

It was great. I was just getting to leave and I was leaving the next day I had to find someone that could come out right away. He was responsive and quick. I thought the price was a little bit high. It was a very small drain and it took about five minutes.

It turned out to be a very difficult job to access the house drain as the toilet had to be removed but David worked tirelessly for 4 hours, putting a camera down to find obstructions and having to use a special cutter to break through to the last 20ft.

We had The Drainworks come out to scope our exterior drainage pipes to the street. They came out to do the scoping and found that we needed both sides of the house fixed (broken pipe on one side and no pipe hooked up on the other side). The reason I marked them down in responsiveness is because the time between the scoping (April 22) and the actual drainage work (June 6) was a little longer than I would have liked and I felt like I had to stay on them to get it done. Additionally, I didn't get the call ahead of time to let me know they were coming until they were already on site. Not a big deal, but I would have liked a heads up. Having said that though, the guys were very professional each time and courteous. Dave & Stephen came out to do the actual drainage work and were quick and thorough. They rolled up the sod where they cut and relaid it. They cleaned up the job site well and we would definitely recommend them to others.

The Drain Works showed up within the appointed time window on July 29, 2015, video inspected the area in question and explained that someone would be out to give me an estimate to do the actual repair work. The bill for the video inspection and to mark the areas where the drainpipe was broken was $165.00. At this point, The Drain Works did exactly what they said they would do. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. Almost two weeks later, I called Drain Works on August 10 as I still hadn't received the estimate. I called again on August 12 as no one returned my call from August 10. Rob said they were writing up the estimate that day and would email it to me. I called again on August 14 and left a message that I hadn't received an email/estimate. I could understand if Drain Works thought my job was too small/hard/easy but they never acknowledged the two messages I left nor have I received an email/estimate as of 9/28/2015. I'm giving The Drain Works an overall rating of "D" as the first part of their service went according to plan but no follow up action was ever taken and I still have the broken line.

The tech was extremely knowledgeable. Very fair and reasonably priced for the work that was done. Excellent customer service!

The office staff cannot be beat. They are kind and compassionate and efficient. This time I scheduled thru messaging and it was so easy! The guys arrived on time and went straight to work. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Perfect.

After a late start due to rain, they completed the entire job before I came home for work. The job looked fantastic. The yard and surrounding flower beds hardly looked disturbed. and everything is working perfectly. I am very pleased with this company, and their professionalism.

Very smoothly. They came out in a reasonable timeframe even though they were delayed due to severe weather. I was called and notified with an approximate rescheduled time for that day. I was later sent an estimate for a repair for the broken line. Reasonably priced compared to other companies. The repair has not yet been completed, but at least the water is draining to the street.

Everything smoothly. Kept me well informed.

The job was done per our expectations

It went very well. Jason called back within 15 minutes of my leaving a voice message. He came to the house 45 minutes later and spent about an hour and 45 minutes. He did a great job, he even went to the hardware store to purchase a sewer cap because the one we had was an odd size. He was very careful about the carpet when he brought in his equipment. It was a very good experience

My initial call was at the end of the previous day when I discovered the basement drain was not flowing properly. My job was scheduled for the next afternoon. Jason arrived promptly and was quite professional. He determined the problem and used his equipment to create a free flowing drain. He cleaned up after himself. I was relieved to have my problem solved quickly and efficiently. I definitely would call this company again, if necessary.

Drainworks came out the same day I called. The serviceman was thorough and professional. He told me I should have the one side cleaned out about once a year, but the other side shouldn't need it. The sump pump has been able to push out all the water now instead of some of the water coming back into the sump hole.

The tech did a fine job of arriving and quickly performing the service. He also was able to give me a few ideas about how the problem should be handled and recommended some other vendors to contact for the additional service.

They came early and finished early. They performed a superior job and were under budget.

The Initial visit was to inspect pipe and investigate whether or not it was collapsed. Determined that they needed to have a camera inserted into the pipe to determine the condition of the pipe. Collapsed state was confirmed and the recommendation was to replace the pipe with a larger more sturdier pipe. Was informed that the wait time for this would be approximately 6 weeks but since pipe was open and flowing that was not a problem. We received a phone call a few days before August 28th indicating that the work would be done on the 28th. The two people arrived on the 28th and were on time. They cut a trench in our backyard with a machine and replaced the pipe. There was another pipe that connected to the pipe that needed to be replaced. One of the men dug by hand until he reached the section of the second pipe that was not collapsed and replaced the collapsed section with new pipe. After all pipe was in the ground, they filled in the trench and gave me instructions regarding the need to water the sod that was replaced. This job was much bigger than I expected and I think the price charged was very fair. We had never discussed there possibility of the second pipe showing signs of collapse so that was not in the quote. There was no extra charge. Overall I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend the Drainworks to anyone needing similar work performed.

First guy came to establish the issue, we had to pay additional cost for a camera to detect the problem with the drainage. A break was confirmed and then I had to wait for additional service to get fixed. Second guy came to fix the down pipes and then a third team came to dig up the broken pipes and repair. It took about 3 weeks to get fully fixed, I did have to follow up to get them to confirm a date.

We were getting water in the basement even though our sump pump was running. Drainworks came out and snaked our drainage line to the street. The drain was completely plugged. Since the cleaning, we have not had water in the basement. Drainworks was very professional, prompt, and helpful. I would recommend their services.

It went really well. They actually had to come out again the next day. They really didn't clear the full amount of work needed to clear the drain. I called the next morning and as quick as they could, they sent someone out and they did fix it. Overall, we're happy with them. We were just in an emergency situation and we saw one of their names which was local and it was on the list so we called. The price was very fair.

The experience has been all positive. They've done good work. They've been fair. They are apparently a local family owned company, which is nice. They've been very responsive and helpful when we've called them.
