They were very polite. They explained things in a manner I couldn't understand. They didn't talk over my head or try to sell me something I didn't need. I appreciate their honesty.

He also checked out my other lines and is a wonderful person. Now I don't have that wet spot around it- he did the job. He is the owner and is a very responsible person.

Very pleased. I called another company first (Jack Woods)and they couldn't come out for 2 days, but gave me Drainworks number. Jeff came out within a couple of hours and cleared out the clogged trap. I will use this company again and recommend them to others.

I sent an email to the company to inquire as to cost and availability on the weekend. Monday morning at 8 Jeff called to talk about the problem. He called the plumber that had snaked the line to talk to him about his experiences. Meanwhile I called the city to be sure the problem was in my line. When we spoke again Jeff said he would be out on Tuesday (my drain would still drain-just very slowly. He arrived on time and cleared the drain in about an hour. The job was professionally done and I will call them again if I have any problems in the future. I think it was great for Jeff to be relatively sure he could help before coming out and running up charges!

EXCELLANT! Called in the am and asked him if he could fit me in for that day. He told me he could and when I got home that I would have an unclogged sink. When walking in after work, one would have not even known that he had been there, even the under the sink area was put back together nicely. He said since I was Angie's list and he had been at my house once before (about 7 years) ago that he would just leave me a bill and I could pay when convenient. Was also impressed that the bill was detailed as to what he did and work performed. Recommended him to a friend who had drain problems about a week later and my friend had a great experience as well

SHAWN WENT TO A LOT OF EFFORT TO SHOW US EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE EXISTING DRAINS. HE ALSO CALLED HIS BOSS, JEFF, TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION IN DETAIL. DRAIN WORK, ALSO COORDINATED THEIR THAT DAY WITH MUCH ROOTING WHO WERE REPLACING GUTTERS AND DRAIN PIPES MAKING THE WHOLE JOB MUCH EASIER FOR US.

THE DRAIN NEED TO BE CLEARED OUT FOR THE DISHWASHER AND I ENDED UP NEEDING AN APPLIANCE MAN FOR THAT.

It was good, I think. We kind of got some bad news about the condition of our drain pipes, but the owner, Jeff, was very nice. The only negative I can say is that it took them 2 x out to do what they probably should have been able to do in one trip (camera and clean drains). The bill came in high due to them not being able to snake one side (the drain pipe stopped ) but Jeff adjusted our original bill. We still may have them out to do more work, but will be getting some estimates.

I requested company to complete several tasks, none of which were satisfactory, AND have asked to refund the entire amount of call. We had to have another company complete THE work. While attempting to solve the situation he stated that we were not worth it, and he would refund the money. Very rude, and hung the telephone up on me, not professional at all, I used them due to their overwhelming grade on your list.

I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED.

Excellent experience. They actually recommended a less expensive alternative than replacing the existing line. They came out in 28 degrees to install the new drain. Everyone on 3 visits total was timely, courteous, and professional. The only thing possibly questionable was they could have done a better job replacing the dug up dirt, but given the conditions in mid-December, I can't hold that against them. Highly recommended. *amount paid includes original video inspection AND new drain install - very good! They will have my future business.

FANTASTIC! THEY CAME ON ZERO NOTICE, THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY, CLEANLY, AND THIS AFTER GETTING GLITCHES ALL ALONG THE WAY. GREAT RESPONSE TIME. KEPT ME FULLY INFORMED. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THANKS DRAINWORKS!!

WE HAD AN UNDERGROUND DRAIN THAT WAS CLOGGED WITH ROOTS. THEY QUICKLY CAME OUT AND CLEANED IT OUT WITH A SNAKE. THEY DID GET THE WATER FLOWING THROUGH IT. HOWEVER AFTER THEY LEFT, I GAINED SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT HOW THESE TYPES OF DRAINS ARE CLEANED AND I THOUGHT THEY MAY NOT HAVE BEEN AS THOROUGH AS I WOULD HAVE HOPED. THEY DID NOT USE ANY CUTTING TOOLS TO CLEAN OUT THE DRAIN AND THEREFORE I AM AFRAID THE BLOCKAGE MAY RECUR QUICKER THAN IT SHOULD. IN THEIR DEFENSE, I SUPPOSE BY NOT USING THE CUTTING TOOLS THEY MAY HAVE MINIMIZED THE CHANCE OF DAMAGING AN 80 YEAR OLD DRAIN TILE. GIVEN THE COST, I WOULD HAVE HOPED THEY MIGHT HAVE TRIED TO FINESSE THE CLEAN-OUT A LITTLE BIT MORE.

JEFF IS A VERY KIND AND PERSONABLE FELLOW WHO ALWAYS DOES EXCELLENT WORK. HE'S VERY THOROUGH WITH EXPLANATIONS OF WHAT HE'S DONE AND WHY, AND DOES A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING UP THE PLACE AFTER HE'S DONE.

THERE ALWAYS SEEM TO BE VERY RELIABLE AS THEY ALWAYS RESPOND TO CALLS AND COME OUT AS SOON AS THEY CAN.

HE WAS VERY PROMPT, AND A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIM. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.

VERY PROMPT. ACTUALLY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, PROMISED FOR WEDNESDAY BUT CALLED TUESDAY, OFFERED TO RESCHEDULE, BUT IT WAS OKAY FOR ME. EXPLAINED CLEARLY WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO. GAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR CHECKING OTHER SIDE OF HOUSE. HELPED ME DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM THERE THAT I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. ALSO LOOKED AT AND GAVE OPINION ON MY SUMP PUMP WHICH HE DETERMINED NEEDS REPLACEMENT. COULDN'T USE THEM FOR THAT JOB, AS I NEEDED TO GO THROUGH MY HOME WARRANTY SERVICE. VERY POLITE, VERY PROMPT AND DID WHAT WAS EXPECTED AND MORE. PRICE SEEMED HIGH TO ME, THOUGH, FOR ONE HOUR'S WORK. I'D PROBABLY HIRE THEM AGAIN, BUT GET SOME QUOTES ON COMPETING PRICES FIRST.

I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THEY HAD DONE THE WORK HAD I NOT SEEN ALL THE DIRT, IN THE STREET, THEY CLEANED OUT OF MY DRAINS . . . AND MY GUTTER DRAINS NOW WORK. PROMPT SERVICE TOO. I'D USE THEM AGAIN IN A MINUTE.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ALSO WORKED ON MY OUTSIDE DRAINS A FEW MONTHS AGO AND DID A TERRIFIC JOB. TODAY SHAWN CALLED BEFORE COMING OVER TO TELL ME HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

JEFF WAS ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE DISCUSSED SEVERAL OPTIONS BEFORE WE DECIDED ON THE FINAL SOLUTION. IT WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS EXPENSIVE, AND HAD LESS IMPACT TO THE PROPERTY THAN OTHER COMPANIES SUGGESTED. THE END RESULT IS GREAT, THE DRAIN IS WORKING FINE. HOWEVER, ONCE HIRED THEY DID THE WORK WITHOUT CONTACTING ME. I WOULD HAVE LIKED NOTIFICATION OF WHEN THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED. ALSO, I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO WALK THROUGH THE PROJECT ONCE COMPLETED. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE, I'D USE AGAIN.

I FOUND DRAINWORKS TO BE VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. I CALLED ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND THEY SENT SHAWN BASS OUT ON MONDAY MORNING. SHAWN INSPECTED THE AREAS WHERE I HAD CONCERNS, GAVE ME THE OPTIONS AND COSTS FOR VARIOUS SOLUTIONS, AND TOGETHER WE WORKED OUT WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS THE BEST APPROACH. SHAWN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND DID THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER FOR THE EXACT COST THAT HE QUOTED. HE CLEANED OUT MY BASEMENT FLOOR DRAIN. ALTHOUGH HE COULD NOT CLEAN OUT MY DOWNSPOUT TILE DRAIN (ABOUT 15 FEET OF PIPE WAS CLOGGED WITH SOIL AND ROOTS) HE ISOLATED THE AREA. HE GAVE ME A COST ESTIMATE FOR DRAINWORKS TO REPLACE THE TILE, AND GAVE ME SOME VERY HELPFUL TIPS IN DOING THE REPAIR MYSELF. I CHOSE TO REPLACE 20 FEET OF DRAIN TILE MYSELF, BUT SHAWN SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME AND TROUBLE WITH HIS HELPFUL ADVICE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

RIGHT ON TIME. FINISHED IT UP IN SHORT ORDER.

THE ESTIMATE WAS IN LINE WITH THE COST IN THE END.

THE OFFICE WAS ABLE TO GET SOMEONE OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED. JEFF SAYRE, THE OWNER, CAME TO DO THE ESTIMATE. AFTER REVIEWING MY NEEDS, JEFF INFORMED ME THE JOB WAS BIGGER THAN HE COULD HANDLE. IF HE CAN'T BE SURE THE CUSTOMER WILL BE 100% SATISFIED AND THE JOB DONE RIGHT, HE WON'T DO IT. HE GAVE ME THE NAME & NUMBER OF A GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO DOES BIG JOBS & FRENCH DRAINS. I REALLY APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY & THE REFERRAL.

SHAWN EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW HE FIXED IT. HE WAS ON TIME, WORKED DILIGENTLY AND CLEANED UP WHEN HE WAS FINISHED.
