Description of Work: COMPANY DID NOT PERFORM THE WORK BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SHOW UP TO DO THE JOB AT THE TIME PROMISED. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED FOR A TUESDAY MORNING (FIRST THING - 8:00/10:00) AND THE TECHNICIAN SHOWED AT 11:45. CALLED KATHY TO RESCHEDULE THAT SAME DAY BUT SHE DID NOT RETURN MY CALL UNTIL THURSDAY MORNING ASSUMING THAT I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER WANTING TO HAVE SERVICE.
