+ -1 moreOne of my neighbors has an alarm system from this company. They have a false alarm at least once a week, on average. One night, they had seven in a row. Other neighbors have systems from other companies, and almost never have false alarms.

Description of Work: Went to showroom to check out home version of alarm. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Was able to play with one in the office and showed me how to set up, sampled the alarms, registered new sensors etc. learned enough to be able to set up on my own. Works great for decent price. It uses cell radio, so it still works if phone lines are cut... And it had battery backup.

+ -1 moreI've had hardwired alarm systems in the past, but absolutely love this alarm. It is portable so you can move it to different locations. I own rental units, so this is important by simply faxing a change of service address form. I use it at home, when I don't have it in a rental unit. The monitoring service is very, very responsive. The base unit is great. The detectors can be placed in separate units and up to 1000 meters away. Great system and great monitoring service.
Description of Work: Purchased a portable alarm system that included base unit, four motions, and one smoke detector along with a year of monitoring service. Also received training on how to set up the alarm and a walk through when installing at alarm location.
