SUPREME STEEM CARPET CLEANING

I called Ed and left a message. He called me back within 24 hours. We made an appointment for the following week to clean the two large areas. He was a little late in arriving, but did call to let me know he was coming. He was able to remove all grease stains and even cleaned stains on a small rug by the door. Work was completed in about an hour.

Not a very good experience. After the hoses were all put away and I walked through the house to inspect, I found that the traffic area in the back hall was still dirty. So Ed had to pre treat and re-do this area, which saturated the carpet. It took two days to dry and now the texture of that area is totally different from the rest of the carpet. He should have looked the carpet all over and pre treated before he started so he only had to go over the specified area one time or else use less steam the second time around so it was not so wet. He also left a mess in the driveway. Spilled his water on the blacktop and left a puddle of dirty water. His truck also leaks oil so there is a big spot of oil on the driveway.

Was on time, moved furniture necessary, and did a great job.

Excellent job! There were a few stains on the carpet which were here when I bought the house. I had no idea what they were but, Supreme Steem got all of the stains out and the carpets look brand new. Ed was very organized and methodical in how he cleaned the carpets, did a great job and was very pleasant to work with.

Overall I was very pleased. He was on time, explained what he would be doing, and completed the work skillfully and quickly.

I CALLED A FEW OTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR OVER-THE-PHONE PRICES WERE PRETTY SIMILAR. I LIKED THIS GUY ED BECAUSE HE WAS HONEST, AND DIDN'T TRY TO ''UP-SELL'' ME ONCE HE GOT HERE. HE TOLD ME THAT HE DOESN'T SPEND ANY MONEY ON ADVERTISING, HIS BUSINESS IS ALL 'WORD-OF-MOUTH', AND I WOULD BELIEVE IT.

ED DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING AND WAS ABLE TO GET ALL THE STAINS OUT. HE REALLY GOES THE EXTRA MILE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

ED WAS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HE ALSO WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT THE ENTIRE JOB. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY HOW THOROUGH AND METICULOUS HE WAS WITH HIS WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

ED DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING OUR CARPETS PRIOR TO SELLING OUR HOUSE. WE HAVE USED HIM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE AND HE HAS ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR US. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

THEY CLEANED IT ALL IN A MATTER OF A COUPLE HOURS. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
