Description of Work: Replaced garage door. Once scheduled, they came out and removed the door, but the replacement door they had was too small. It's attached, so for over a week we were stuck having to come through the back door. They finally did get it replaced and we are happy with it.

Description of Work: Just before we left for a vacation, the garage door broke trapping one car inside the garage. On Monday morning just after we got back, we remembered the garage door was broken. Then we called Suburban Doors.. Within an hour, Jim was at our house working on the garage door. That morning, it was fixed. What a relief!

Description of Work: We have 2 garage doors. One door quit working entirely - it wouldn't respond to either the remote garage door opener or the wall button in the garage. Chris came out and looked at the door. Determined it was the circuit board in the unit. He not only replaced the circuit board, but also oiled the chains on both garage doors. He was quick and efficient. I would recommend them.

HE ASSESSED THE PROBLEM AND GAVE ME A FAIR ESTIMATE. HE IMMEDIATELY BEGAN WORKING AND WAS FINISHED BY 6:00. HE CLEANED UP AND GAVE ME SOME ADVICE ON WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN I DECIDED TO REPLACE THE DOOR. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH SUBURBAN DOORS.
