Storm Guard Roofing did a great job working with our insurance company to replace our roof. The crew were friendly and clean up well after the job. I will definitely recommend Storm Guard Roofing.

The service was AMAZING! They helped us determine the cause of the leaks - a bad hail storm - and covered the area so it would not leak until repaired. They helped us get the insurance coverage, and once approved, completed the work (large ranch house) in just 2 days. They even fixed the ceiling! In addition, they helped us work with the solar panel company to remove and then reinstall solar panels we had purchased just a year earlier. Gavin was amazing helping us through the process. They really earned their 5 stars.

The team at Storm Guard Gavin, Jen and Melissa are are a team of hardworking professionals that I can't thank enough. Handled calls, emails and texts promptly. Gavin was always on time when coming by the house. Jenn and Melissa took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. When the job was complete, Gavin came by and checked it out to make sure I was happy. I'm ESTATIC. ð . The installation guys were fast and did a good job of cleaning up. Forgot to mention, they had a drone which took lots of picture so I could see how much damage was done. You won't be disappointed with this company.

I would recommend Storm Guard for your roofing issues. When I had a leak in my family room during the summer, Storm Guard was the only company that took time to come out and accurately diagnose problems relating to our roof. When utilizing the services of Storm Guard, ask for Bakyt Kenenbaev. He has worked in the roofing industry for many years. GAVIN IS THE BEST!!!! AND A GREAT COMMUNICATOR!!! HE IS VERY INTERESTED IN TAKING CARE OF HIS CLIENTS. HE CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE THREE TIMES TO GET MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO GIVE ME APPROVAL FOR A NEW SHINGLED ROOF. Recently Storm Guard installed a new roof at my property. They were professional and guided me through the claims process with my insurance company. Jenn, Gavin and Jordan were all very pleasant, helpful, professional and responded quickly whenever I left a message. On the day of the Installation the crew arrived at 8:00 a.m. and finished around 6:00 p.m. They were very friendly and worked well together. They left no debris in the yard and I was impressed. I would highly recommend Storm Guard for any project you my be considering.

Very helpful through insurance claim process.

Storm Guard did an excellent job in repairing my roof. But I think what was more important was their commitment to customer service. There were several intangibles that normally don't get accounted for such as offering to do patch work on a small section of the roof that was damaged in a subsequent storm at no cost until they were able to repair the whole roof. They kept in touch throughout the entire process and made sure that I understood each step in the process. When they came to repair the roof they made sure that there was minimal disturbance to the property, and they kept the place clean during and after the job. They demonstrated integrity and professionalism, but the most help came from Jenn in the office. She assisted me through the entire process of taking with the insurance adjuster and helping to clarify misunderstandings that initially delayed insurance payouts. I'm the end, I have a good looking professionally installed roof that I am please to have on display.

Have roof damage with leaking. insurance process take a while. Storm Guard able to quickly schedule the crews to quickly replace the roof before snow comes. all the staff keep up with communication and handle all the paper work for you so you dont have to deal yourself. it is a really pleasant experience to use Storm Guard.

We used Storm Guard for storm damage to our roof. We could tell we had a small leak due to a wet water spot on the ceiling from inside the house. This is our first owned home and have lived here for 10 years. We never had to go through this process before so I honestly didnt know how it worked. After each larger storm there were several contractors that would stop by and tell me they will get the insurance to buy a new roof. After a few failed attempts and insurance denying the claims I gave up and decided to start saving money for a new roof. Then Gavin stopped by with Storm Guard after the last larger storm. Gavin took the time to walk through the entire process and took over communicating with my insurance agency. Working with Gavin at Storm Guard felt like i had a heavyweight fighter in my corner. He was able to get approval for a new roof and ceiling repair. My Insurance kept fighting me on what minimally needed done. Gavin made sure everything was done correctly. He never tried to upsell me. He did explain the different types of material and shingle that can be used and what he suggested which was only slightly higher than what my insurance was willing to pay. After research and consulting with a friend who knew way more about this stuff than I, we concluded that what Gavin was saying was correct and a smart investment for out main investment (our home). Once approved and materials ordered, Gavin had a team out here in less than a month and we had a new roof. It made a HUGE difference to the outside appearance of our home. So much so that I felt some other DIY work needed done so it motivated me to complete some other aesthetics to the outside of our house. I was not paid or swayed to say any of these things. I truly feel the way I do because of working with Gavin at Storm Guard. At times you can never tell if the person standing across from you is taking you for a ride. I never had that feeling from Gavin. He is an honest, good person. It was great having him on my side.

They did a great job! I love the fact that I could contact Gavin directly and he returned my calls. He was there to make sure everything was done professionally and took lots of pictures! Workers informed me of their arrival and departure and the job took three days. They did a great job and I am so pleased with the results. Considering the pandemic has changed ... well, everything, they didnâ t get started for awhile but when they did.... I was so pleased with the results.
