Oct. 2020, Gavin from Storm Guard did a wonderful job replacing my roof. Gavin and Jennifer worked with my insurer to get the replacement approved even though the adjuster from my insurance company initially denied our claim. I appreciate their professionalism and I would strongly recommend this company.

Gavin was able to work directly with our insurance company to insure all of the storm damage repairs were covered were covered by our policy.

We hired Storm Guard to repair a leak in our roof. We worked with Mr. Gavin Goh. He was very professional and conscientious - the best and most trusted contractor we have hired. They did a wonderful job and we would definitely hire them again if their services are needed. Ms. Jennifer Mance was friendly and helpful.

Gavin & his office worked with my insurance company to help me collect on a claim that I had not originally planned to turn in. I am an elderly (84 yrs old) female but he took pictures showing me what was causing my problem. He had to search for matching shingles since only one level required reroofing. Very professional.

Handled our need for a new roof with professionalism, taking care to ensure that we had the color shingles we wanted, dealing with the insurance claim, as well as attending to some siding and guttering issues which they very carefully patched and matched. We could not have asked for better. Very patient and friendly toward us. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate that Gavin did not try to sell me a whole new roof. He checked it out and they could repair it. They were fast, friendly, and honest. We have had some heavy rain since and the roof stayed dry, GOOD JOB!.

I appreciated how Gavin helped me negotiate with my home owners insurance to make sure all the details were handled correctly and the work was up to current standards.

He was very prompt, on top of everything and followed up constantly. There was one issue with the installation team, yet he came in the very next day and solved it making sure I was satisfied with everything. They are great to work with!
