I received cleaning services from this comPany as a gift. It was 3, 3 hr sessions. Each time they came I was amazed at how much they got done. While I think they did a great job there were little pieces of each room each time that weren't perfect. For example one time one of the counters in the kitchen wasn't clean or the master shower floor wasn't clean. I imagine this was bc they were hurrying to get as much done as possible and if you had regular unlimited service these details would be correct. If I could afford 150/mo I would hire them I gong. The communication from all staff was great and very easy via email!

After asking them to leave our home because of the way they treated my family and made our home smell like vinegar I got several nasty text messages from the owner Michelle Cook even after I told her to stop harassing me and my family I made a official complaint with the BBB. THEN, she started making up nasty lies about us and our home. She's making every attempt to me US look bad when in fact THEY should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. I requested a full refund as per her website and a apology but she continues to s*** lies on top of lies to make us look bad because we made them leave our home. WORST SERVICE EVER! Run FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The cleaning was done by two ladies. They were very nice, communicated well and arrived on time. They asked what I would like them to focus on and I requested the floors and bathrooms. I was surprised at how quickly they cleaned and at first glance it looked fine. After they left is when I started feeling a little underwhelmed. I spilled water on the hardwood floor in the kitchen the next day and when I wiped it up, the rag was quite dirty. I also saw in a spare bedroom where they had sprayed the cleaning solution but forgot to mop it and hundreds of droplets had dried on the floor. On a positive note, all of the bathrooms looked nice and clean. I feel like I probably got what I paid for with my groupon but I would not use their service at regular price.

I purchased a groupon for cleaning servicesn because we were moving into our new home. They were very responsive in sending me information and getting an appointment booked. The women I worked with was very helpful and emailed me a list of services they provided. She was every great to work with when I asked for additional man hours to clean the windows. They arrived on time and were friendly. I wasn't actaully here when they came by, my mom filled in for me. When I got home from work my house smelled fresher and on the surface looked clean. However, when I took a closer look at things I noticed there were some opportunities with the quality - things were missed (they dusted the fans, but didn't have the proper tool so they missed a streak of dust down the middle) and others were just barely cleaned (toilet bowls were cleaned, but not under the edge at the top). I'd like that they used green products, but perhaps they don't have the same strength as other cleaners? The "green" products I typically use seem to do better. If they quality was a bit better I'd love to use again as the customer service was wonderful!! If you just need a surface cleaning (nothing that needs "elbow grease") then I'd recommend.

Two cleaners arrived promptly both times. We discussed area of concern for cleaning. The spent several hours cleaning from top to bottom. When they finished we did a walk through there were a couple of things that I noticed and they went back over those items. After they left my husband noticed a few more things and we emailed the owner next cleaning those problems were also cleared up.

Michelle, owner, made great first impression. Very pleasant & professional. Walked through house & cleaning expectations were discussed. Didn't receive an estimate for over a week. No texts or e mails were returned during this time. This was my FIRST RED FLAG, but wanted to give them a chance. When cleaning crew showed up for first time, I expected Michelle would be with them to show them the house & discuss the expectations. They came alone, so this became my job. SECOND RED FLAG! The second visit, they never showed up, but called 2 hours later & said they had a flat tire. Texts & emails were never acknowledged. THIRD RED FLAG ! Several days prior to next visit, sent a text to verify they were coming. No response until morning of, they called to say they were running late. The crew this time was 2 new people. FOURTH RED FLAG!!!!! Felt I was accommodating their needs instead of them accommodating mine & I was paying for aggravation! NO THANKS!!!

Simply Green Cleaners provide general house cleaning services for me at my home. I am pleased with the work performed. The staff is very professional and prompt. I will continue to use them in the future.

We finally decided a few months ago that we needed some help with keeping up on the general cleaning around the house. I had quotes from multiple companies and Michelle (owner) won me over with her professionalism and can-do, yet realistic, approach. Simply Green Cleaners has been a pleasure to deal with. They're always on-time or early and call if they'll be before or after their normal time window. They've never canceled on me. The cleaners that come are always professional and work quickly and Michelle has always been available quickly by e-mail / phone when I've had questions. While it wasn't my top criteria I'm glad that Simply Green uses non-toxic cleaners in my home. My only caveat is that there could be a little more attention to detail at times. I'm SUPER picky (we can thank my mother for making me do housekeeping chores growing up) and often I find something that has been overlooked. That being said, the cleaners are ALWAYS happy to address my concerns. I list quality as a "B" only because I think in an ideal world I wouldn't have to do the quality assurance myself. We've been using Simply Green Cleaners since October 2011 and plan to continue.

I purchased a gift certificate for Simply Green Cleaners at an auction I attended. I e-mailed Michelle about scheduling a cleaning and it took her about a week to get back to me. She explained that they were really busy with spring breaks and deep cleanings, and she would e-mail me again about setting a date for the cleaning. She got back to me again to schedule the cleaning about six days later. Overall, I would say my house is "average" as far as the dirt level - I rarely have time to thorougly clean anything (three kids, a husband, a part-time job, and a non-shedding dog) but my house won't be featured on Hoarders anytime soon either. The house is pretty large - approx. 3100 square feet - with an entry way, three full baths, three bedrooms and an office. I was told the cleaners would arrive between 12 & 1, and they arrived promptly at 12:00. I showed them around the house and they started cleaning in the master bedroom while I straightened up the kids' rooms. (I tried to have the house as "picked up" as possible before they got here so they could spend their time cleaning rather than straightening.) The quality of the cleaning was very good overall. There were a couple small things that I noticed (like the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned between the handles and the faucet), but would hired them again based solely on the quality of the clean. The reason I wouldn't use Simply Green again is because I think the cleaning took way longer than it should have and, therefore, I felt like I paid way more than I should have for the amount of cleaning. Two cleaners spent six and a half hours at my house (so, a total of thirteen man hours) and about 3/5 of my house was cleaned. By 4:50, my kitchen, dining room, living room, dining room and front entry way had not been touched. I asked the cleaners to just finish up the kitchen and skip the remainder off the house. They spent about an hour and a half doing my kitchen and left around 6:20. (They had also spent at least an hour and a half cleaning just my master bedroom. It does have wooden slat blinds which can be time consuming but three hours of bedroom cleaning seemed excessive. I didn't track how much time was spent on the remaining rooms.) In fairness, I have never had a full house cleaning professionally done at my present home so I don't have a true comparison to make. However, I have had my kitchen professionally cleaned twice and it took 1.5 to 2 hours for one cleaner to complete the job versus 1.5 hours for two cleaners from Simply Green to do the same job (with comparable quality).

I have been very happy with the services provided by Simply Green cleaners, and look forward to coming home to my clean house on my scheduled cleaning days. The staff is professional, hard-working, and take excellent care of your home. I also like the fact that they make their own products that are all natural, and that they have supervisors who occasionally come in to audit the work that their staff is doing. The cost is also very reasonable, and they are able to bill your credit card electronically so you don't have to remember to leave a check for them. They are also very flexible in terms of how you want to give them access to your home. I have used numerous house cleaning companies in the past, and Simply Green has been my favorite so far.

Simply Green has cleaned our home every other week since mid-October 2010. They use environmentally friendly cleaning products--a big plus since one of us is sensitive to many household cleaning chemicals. The two-person cleaning teams are consistently on time, efficient, and professional. On one occasion we felt that the kitchen floor was inadequately cleaned, but on their next visit we mentioned this and on every other occasion, before and since, they have done a good job. The initial deep cleaning, which in our case took 7 hours, cost $490.00 but was very thorough and well worth the cost. The twice monthly regular cleanings are good but the $115 cost seems slightly high ($90-100 seems more in line), hence the "B" rating in that category. But overall we are definitely very satisfied and will continue to use Simply Green Cleaners

I originally spoke with Michelle, and I was very impressed. I've talked with other "green" cleaners, and they can't tell me what's in their products. Michelle sounded educated and put me at ease prior to the cleaning. The crew was suppose to be at our house by 9 a.m. I received a call at 8:55 a.m. letting me know that their prior job was going to take several hours longer than expected. After calling them several times thereafter, they finally arrived at 1:30 p.m. There were two girls, both very nice. I showed them around, and they went right to work. I had a set price that I didn't want them to go over, so they had 5 hours to complete the deep clean in our home. Included were the baseboards and blinds. One individual left 30 minutes prior to the 5 hours being complete. I came home before they expected me, and she was already outside. The other individual worked for 20 minutes longer, trying to get done what she could. They missed the light fixtures and two ceiling fans completely. Baseboards were not cleaned, doors were not cleaned, several large pieces of furniture were not dusted. However, I did call the company, and the same crew came back. They dusted/cleaned all our light fixtures and ceiling fans. They were very apologetic. I have never used a cleaning company before, and my expectations were very high. I didn't expect areas not to be dusted or cleaned, and there were areas missed. With all that said, I was pleased with what the crew did clean, but very disappointed in the many things that were missed. I was also very disappointed in the punctuality of the crew. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend them. It was too expensive for me to have to go back through and finish the job.

The crew is usually 2-3 people. They are always very professional and polite. They do vary in their arrival time but usually stay for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs each visit. They hit most everything. There has been a few times the top of the refrigerator is missed and the couch cushions are not swept as we requested with each visit. We have tried other company's and this one does a nice job. The girls do seem eager to please and would do what we asked if we caught it before they leave. Would recommend this company to others.

After the cleaning, I noticed a couple of things weren't cleaned. I've had cleaning service before and know that these things happen, so I let it go. Over the next couple of days, I noticed that more items were not cleaned - for example, blinds were not dusted, mold in shower, the center of the kitchen floor seemed clean, but the edges were not, toilets not cleaned, etc. I contacted the company to let them know that I was disappointed and they offered to come out and clean the items that were missed. I was unhappy with their initial work and did not want them to come back. I offered to have Michelle come out and look at the items that were missed so that she could issue a partial refund. At this point, my emails and phone calls went unanswered. When I finally did talk to someone a week later, we scheduled an appointment for them to come out. Five minutes before the appointment, they called to tell me that they had forgotten what time the appointment was and that they were not coming. When I finally received email from Michelle several days later, she offered a small refund or half off my next cleaning. She said that I waited too long to contact them about the items that were not cleaned. I was surprised that they would think that I would have them "clean" a second time when they couldn't clean correctly the first time. I thought the refund amount was a little low, but did accept that offer. However, I have yet to receive a refund and my emails have been ignored. I have been extremely disappointed at the lack of basic customer service and at the poor quality of their cleaning, and would strongly recommend not using this company. In addition to the above issues, they were late arriving for the clean and did not provide me with an updated arrival time until after I contacted them.

Overall I have been pleased with the service and responsiveness of the management team. We got off to a little bit of a rocky start as the original team was late finding our new house but they did a good job. I was glad I was able to just move right in to my new home, fresh and clean! In particular, Christine was great communicating with me throughout the process of cleans on both the old and new house. The fact that they use all organic products is a big bonus and I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have small children and/or anyone in the family with allergies. I have signed up for cleans on a monthly basis on my new home.

Michelle took notes, provided me her business card, and referred me to the website for detailed info on her company and services. She said she'd email me a price quote the next day, for both the initial deep clean and ongoing bi-weekly cleanings.

I initially gave this company a very good review on Angie's List because it started out very well. At the beginning, the owner Michele did most of the cleanings herself with a couple of assistants. Unfortunately, as is the case with a lot of cleaning companies, as her business grew and she began hiring "crews" to do the cleanings, the quality of the cleanings drastically decreased. Over the past year the quality has gotten so poor that I would not recommend this company to anyone. My one friend who I unfortunately did refer them to is experiencing the same issues that I have and is also currently looking for new cleaners. The cleanings have been very inconsistent, depending on who cleans my house that day- the people are always different, which made me very uncomfortable, plus when cleaners are always changing, no one really gets to know your house or pet peeves, etc. I would say that overall, the cleanings are very "surface"- things get dusted around, not picked up and dusted under, the center of floors get cleaned but not edges or corners, toilets do not get cleaned behind, etc. If you are just looking for a company to come make your house look nice at first glance, they would probably be fine. But if you really want your house to be thoroughly cleaned, this is not the company for you. I have also been very disappointed in the level of customer service from the owner of this company. Although I really tried to bring issues to her attention and give her every benefit of the doubt, I never saw an improvement. When I finally wrote to her to discontinue our service, I listed all of the things wrong with the last clean (including missing an entire room, missed dusting and sweeping and finding our thermostat turned down to 60 degrees for the 3rd time in a row), the only response I got was a prompt invoice showing that my credit card had been charged for the clean (for the full amount!). I finally contacted the "marketing" person just to confirm that my e-mail was even received and she told me that I had been referred to their "director of client concerns" - who I have yet to hear from. I say- do a good job cleaning houses and you won't need a "director of client concerns"!!

First time cleaning. Very nice job!

Michelle Cook gave us an estimate, spelled out the service in detail and scheduled the cleaning for the following week. There had been four pets in the house and there was pet hair everywhere. The three people she scheduled were on time, were pleasant and did a very nice job. They missed a couple of things that I pointed out to them and they came the next day to complete the missed areas. I have a new born in the house and appreciated the fact that they use organic cleaning supplies. I have since contracted for bi-weekly cleaning with them and was pleased with the first week.

I have two dogs and an old house, and the dog hair and dust was just out of control. Christine responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was very responsive and straightforward with me about how much it would cost to really get my house clean. The estimate was totally reasonable and the two cleaners who came to do the deep clean were super nice - we came home when they were about 2/3 done. They cleaned everything, including taking knick knacks off of an entire wall of bookcases and dusting and then replacing everything, vacuuming dog hair that had collected between and under couch cushions, and basically doing all of the things that I am way too lazy to do. And super bonus - they use organic and eco-friendly products, which is really important to me, too. It was great and I'm very pleased. I'll definitely use them for a monthly or biweekly cleanup!

Our home had signficant construction dust and we were not able to keep up. Jessi from Simply Green Cleaners rescued us! Jessi is now our "regular" cleaner and usually works with a 2nd person who varies. Our animals are comfortable with Jessi and vice versa. We love coming home to a totally clean house every-other Thursday.

Simply Green Cleaners did a deep clean of my house and I have hired them to do weekly cleaning. They have done an excellent job each time they have been here. They arrive on time, are professional and very thorough. The same crew has been here each time and they do a great job (house cleaning + changing of bed linens) for a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend this company for housecleaning.

They arrived the following week for the deep cleaning, introduced themselves and then I left them to go back to work. When I came home the house looked amazing and it smelled wonderful. In fact, every day after that for more than a week the house continued to smell fresh and clean. They did a fantastic job. Michelle is really on the ball and her crew was great.

Overall the experience was great even if we did have a rocky start. Michelle was very nice and she did a great job. To redeem herself for missing her one and only consult, she gave us a routine clean at no cost. I should have spoken with her before I sent in my previous report.

We first used Simply Green for a deep cleaning on our old house. They did everything: stove, refrigerator, blinds, windows ... everything. The house looked simply impeccable. Michelle even called me afterward to say she didn't think they got one of our shower doors clean enough and asked if she could come back in the morning to work on it some more! They were so great we immediately hired them to perform weekly cleanings on our house. Since then, we've moved and Michelle and her team performed a deep cleaning on the new house before we moved in. We still use them on a weekly basis too. Thursdays are my favorite day of the week because I always come home to an immaculate house. Michelle is fantastic. She's responsive, flexible, and completely customer oriented. She provides exceptional cleaning service and so much more. If she sees something that needs to be done, she does it (like putting felt pads on the bottom of our new dining room chairs so they wouldn't scratch the hardwood). I feel like Michelle truly treats our home as she does her own. I have recommended Simply Green to everyone I know.
