+ -1 moreRichard Serio is the owner of the firm. He is a family friend. He showed up when he said he would and did the job when he was supposed to. I am happy with the services. They cleaned up after the work and it was immaculate. He had two men who didn't turn up and the foreman called three instead. I don't have any complaints about them. I had prices from other places that were higher. He had a crew of two on the first day because he was finishing another job elsewhere. He had a crew of eight on the second day and they finished the work by six o'clock in the evening. He also guarantees the work for as long as he lives. It was a 25 year old roof and some shingles had blown off and that is all I want to fix. He advised me to fix it as it might spring a leak.
Description of Work: R&S Roofing did a roofing job on my house. He made suggestions about what color would go with my house. He showed me half a dozen colors and I picked one from it. He was the one who suggested I start the work. I have skylights and they re-did all that. In February when the wind storm came, the trees fell on my neighbor’s roof and I called him to double check on my roof. He checked my roof and said that everything was fine.
