It was great. They were prompt and knowledgeable. The young man that did the repairs and put in the cupboards did a very good job, he took care of anything that I wanted done, there were no questions asked. He was just very professional and very good at what he did.

This kitchen remodeling was the finest experience we've had with a home contractor, with flawless communications (We, the contractor, sub-contractors, and suppliers were keyed into their project website for comments, questions, and scheduling.) They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed of delivery times for materials, checked daily to ensure everything was going as scheduled, and immediately addressed any questions or (minor) concerns we had. Everyone involved with the job was pleasant, responsive and professional. I'm only sorry I waited so long before finally writing a review.

Things started well enough. The foreman, his son and another worker came out and proceeded to tape off the windows and trim around the areas to be sprayed. I noticed that one area on the garage, the site of an old milk door, had not been adequately covered and was very noticable. They covered it some more and left. When the stucco began to dry, I saw that they had still not addressed the milk door area and it was still apparent. I called Riverstone and the crew came out again. They were not as careful about covering up the area to be sprayed, and stucco is now on my garage door and part of the window. The color didn't seem to be matching the rest of the house, either. I was told it would dry to the right shade. After a day or two, I walked all the way around my house and discovered there were several blotchy areas, and that the garage was definately one or two shades lighter than the rest of the house. At this point, I called and talked to owner Mike Stumpf, who came out and looked at it. He agreed that it needed to be done again, and for a third time the crew came out. This time, they barely put any tape up, and the foreman wasn't there to supervise them. So these two young kids were trying to fix a problem that I was becoming more and more disgusted with. I gave up on fighting with Riverstone, however. As you drive down the street, you can spot the poor paint job from a block away now. I plan on hiring another company to completely redo the and garage so they will match.

ROGER IS SUCH A DECENT PERSON, HE IS A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME. HE IS VERY NICE TO HAVE AROUND, VERY COURTEOUS, CLEAN, AND VERY WELL MANNERED. HE IS REALLY RESPONSIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND VERY PATIENT. HE'S GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP GET THINGS EXACTLY THE WAY I'VE WANTED THEM. HE IS ALSO CREATIVE AND VERY IMAGINATIVE. I'VE BEEN USING HIM FOR 15 YEARS.

VERY GOOD AT CLEANING UP. THEY MADE SURE THAT ALL NAILS WERE REMOVED FROM THE GROUND BEFORE LEAVING. WONDERFUL COMPANY. SMALL END REMODELING. VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
