Reichle Brothers

I have used this company for a few years and this company is great. My only complaint is due to how large their company is. They have many commercial customers and I wish they could attend to my requests in a timely manner. They are only slow on landscaping and drain-work. They are really fast to reply to my needs for disease on plants or fertilizations. I would highly recommend them to others.

They did a lot of work for me. They came in with a crew. They worked all day. It was worth the money I paid them. They tore out all of the dead plants, trimmed the shrubbery, and weeded everything. They cleaned the raspberry patches and all of my flower beds. They even came back and sprayed again to make sure the weeds didn't come back.They did a fantastic job cleaning up.

I can't expect better except one minor annoyance. They worked with us to design a very pleasing patio layout. Better than what I had initially in mind. Price went up a little, but not that much. Accomodated two design changes just before work was supposed to begin. Came out on time. Did take three days instead of original estimate of two. I don't mind at all. Workers were friendly, and even did a special demo of moving the bulldozer around a little to impress my kids...They were at a safe distance. We were very pleased. Earlier this year I noticed a crack in the patio. I called them and reported it. They assured me they will take a look at it, but it may be a few weeks. A few weeks later, they called me back to say that they had taken a look at it, did not know what caused it, but that they will take care of it in two weeks, if I was not in a bug hurry. Sure enough, two weeks later, the crack was repaired, I stepped out one day to find it all fixed, without me having to remind them or running after them. Now that's service, folks. Couldn't ask for more.

I was amazed. Everything was absolutely fantastic. They were all English-speaking, which I greatly appreciated, and they were all very nice and respectful. They all cleaned up after themselves, and they were a joy to be around. You could tell that they were all happy to be there, which tells me that Reichle Brothers are good to their employees. They earned every single penny they received. Because they are busy, I had to schedule an appointment about a month in advance, but it was well worth the wait. I found them to be very considerate and hard workers, and I would absolutely use them again.

They are very professional and highly skilled in their trade, the fine detail was wonderful. They go beyond what is expected to give the customer a great finished product. Greg, the project manager, was here everyday to oversee every step and discuss with us any concerns or questions we may have. This is how a company should run. Bravo!!!

Everything has been great. We have only used them once so far, but we were happy with their work.

I really got my money's worth! Next year I will call them even earlier in the season!

Lawn is beautiful. They saved our lawn and had it back in great shape within weeks. They showed up the next day when we had a concern and are always prompt and professional. We mow our own lawn, but many of our neighbors use their lawn and landscaping services and they had beautiful yards. We had them give us an estimate for our landscaping and patio, their prices were very reasonable.

They are very good, they come when they say they're going to come, and they are always available to answer questions.

Excellent - They came during the week they promised. They worked quickly, but carefully. The yard looked fantastic when they were done.

ALTHOUGH KEN MET ME FOR THE INITIAL MEETING, AFTER 4 PHONE CALLS IN THE NEXT MONTH AND A HALF TO ASK WHERE THE PROMISED DESIGN AND QUOTATION WERE... I GAVE UP. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

CALLED COMPANY ON 4/5/05 TO EXPLAIN PROJECT AND REQUEST ESTIMATE. WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD COME AND LOOK AT AREA. I CALLED 3 WEEKS LATER AND LEFT MESSAGE INQUIRING AS TO WHEN SOMEONE WOULD COME. TWO WEEKS LATER SOMEONE LEFT ME A PHONE MESSAGE SAYING THEY WERE BUSY. AS OF THIS DATE, 5/24/05, I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD FURTHER FROM ANYBODY. I HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WHEN WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST. I HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE WORK.

WHILE IT TOOK 5 MONTHS TO START THE JOB, THE PROJECT TEAM WAS PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL AND HARD-WORKING. THE RESULT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. I DID HAVE TO CALL MANY TIMES IN ORDER TO GET ON THE SCHEDULE. ONCE THEY STARTED, IT WENT SMOOTHLY. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN TO BUILD SOME BEDS.

THE FACT THAT HE CALLED BACK EVEN AFTER I HAD SAID I WAS GOING TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE WAS NICE, BUT NO OFFER WAS MADE TO TRY AND KEEP MY BUSINESS. I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT HE HAD ALL OF THE BUSINESS HE COULD HANDLE AT THIS TIME. I HAVE MIXED EMOTIONS ABOUT SUBMITTING A ''NEGATIVE'' REPORT FOR THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I TRULY BELIEVE THEY WERE JUST GOING THROUGH A ROUGH TIME. STILL, THERE ARE TOO MANY COMPETITORS IN THIS CATEGORY TO CHOOSE FROM TO CONTINUE WITH A BAD EXPERIENCE.

KEN IN LANDSCAPE DESIGN WORKED WELL WITH OUR IDEAS, CONCERNS AND BUDGET. THEIR EXCELLENT 'IDEA BOOK' SHOWCASED OPPORTUNITIES. KEN ALSO WILLINGLY MODIFIED THE INITIAL DESIGN TWO MORE TIMES TO OBTAIN THE DESIRED LOOK, AND CREATED A NICE OVERALL LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR OUR MULTI-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION. IN ADDITION, THE WORK CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY, AND HELPED SMOOTH OVER OUR NEIGHBORS' CONCERNS ABOUT THE WORK'S POTENTIAL IMPACT ON THEIR PROPERTY. ALTHOUGH CERTAINLY NOT THE CHEAPEST, THEIR WORK WAS TOP-NOTCH, RANGING FROM THE DEEP GRAVEL BASE TO THE MULCH AND SOIL PLACED AROUND THE PATIO AND WORK FOLLOWING COMPLETION. OVERALL, WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR DESIGN AND INSTALLATION, AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR PEOPLE SEEKING LONG-TERM VALUE IMPROVEMENT.

THE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, GREG AND JOHN WERE THE WORKMEN ON THE JOB, THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS.

COST IS PER WEEK INCLUDES TRIMMING. THEY MOW ABOUT 8 ACRES. THEY DO EVERYTHING!! EVEN HANG CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE PATIO LOOKS ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT YET DUE TO THE INCLIMATE WEATHER. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO MANY ENJOYABLE COOKOUTS IN OUR BACKYARD NEXT SUMMER. WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATIONS ABOUT RECOMMENDING REICHLE BROTHERS TO FRIENDS, FAMILY OR OTHER MEMBERS OF ANGIE''S LIST.
