+ 0 moreIt was more like the home buyer's warranty that came with it. We were not very happy. When you have something wrong, you submit a request and then they tell you the contractor you're going to use. The contractor's in particular were just terrible. One example, is one of our toilets wasn't flushing well and they took a look at it and said we had hard water after just looking at one toilet. He told me to use some CLR and left. They could've told me that over the phone instead of coming out and charging the $60 service charge. I have since cancelled them. I don't use them at all anymore. I replaced one toilet by myself for $250 and now it works great. I'm in the process of replacing all of them. I feel like the Real Living home warranty should've covered. I think they're kind of useless.
Description of Work: We bought our house through Real Living realtors. We had home warranty coverage. You had to pay an overall coverage and then when you had something wrong, they told who was coming out to fix it. Depending on how that got worded, it might have gotten paid for or you were still left with the bill.
