I was pleased with their service.

They were able to work with me to come out as quick as they could. They tailored the fence to my needs. They were also very polite.

The job was great. They were courteous and prompt and provided good customer service. They were attentive to my needs and what I wanted to have done. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Called for business hours. Explained my needs. My dogs chewed the buckles off of the receiver collars. My husband took the receivers and damaged collars in. The damaged collars were replaced in a few minutes. Done deal. The most difficulty was deciding on the design of the new collars. I have used Pro Line many times and have directed several of my neighbors to them for their underground dog fence needs. I will most certainly use them in the future

I would recommend them. They did a great job. We called them and they came and did the job.

Proline was really great. They were very flexible - I had to reschedule twice and they were very easy to work with.

Andrew missed our first appointment at 6:30pm because of the blackberry power outage. I called the company after hours, later in the evening, to find out what happened and left a message. He called me early the very next day, apologized and came out that morning to accommodate my schedule. He was very nice and we walked the property so that he could see exactly what I wanted. The package I got comes with 2 training sessions. What I really liked was that Andrew pitched his product without having to put down the other competitors. I got 2 other bids besides Proline. I went with Proline because they were a national company that I could rely on. I hope that they prove to be worth the money and that the system is able to contain my dog. They were very nice to work with. The technician that came to the house worked in the snow showers and then gave the dog and me our first lesson. I am hopeful that this will work.

Project went very well. The technician was very persistent in locating the break.

Installation was as expected. The package also came with "twice a week training" for as long as it took to get our dog trained. The installer did the first training, which sort of scared my dog since she's very timid around male strangers. The first trainer came out later in the week also scared her a bit (but not as much). The next week, a different trainer came out (Chris). We really liked his training methods in that he used a more gentle approach (what we needed), and we played a lot of games with my dog to get her used to where her boundaries were. He also brought out a dog in one of the later training sessions for additional boundary practice. My only non-happiness point is that about two weeks after training was completed, we had an incident where my dog walked right down the driveway into the street (with her collar on) and she didn't get any feedback from the system. I called to ask about this and didn't get back a response, so will need to follow up again.

They were so good with the dog and made sure he was totally trained. They brought their own dog had him run in and out to make sure my dog was totally trained. They installed quite a bit of fence as we have over an acre.

The fellow who came out did a nice job. I find their price a little high. They charge $65 just for them to come out.

These guys are outstanding. Was very impressed. As an engineer in the construction business I recognize attention to detail and they have it figured out. After calling for a bid they came out the next day. Andrew the son of the owner came out and gave a detailed & complete bid. I agreed to their terms and a few days later we had it installed. Works great! The installer Adam helped train our puppy Great Dane (included in the price) and my dog picked it up right away. I live on VERY BUSY STREET-CASSADY AVE. so I know that if my dog got loose he would be exposed to great danger so I had to be very confident in this service, and I am. They did a great job! Highly recommended!

My dog is now contained within boundaries, and I am very happy with the solution Proline provided for me, I will be recommending Proline Hidden Fence to all my friends and family.

The entire staff was professional and helpful. Adam worked tirelessly despite a steady rain. My dog learned quickly after only a few minutes of training. All of my questions and requests were taken care of promptly.

I could not be more pleased with Proline Hidden Fence. They have helped me keep my sanity with my dog. I recently had a child and needed help with my dog running away.

Our sales representative, Andrew, showed up very promptly for the appointment. He was knowledgeable about their system and answered my many questions with great detail. He explained the training method that would be used and in speaking with him I could tell that he was interested in the safety of our dogs and had compassion and love for animals himself. Once we decided to contract with praline they made an appointment for the installation of the system and work was completed within the week. They spent approximately the next 7 days working with us on training the dogs and helping us understand how best to continue working with our dogs so the dogs would receive minimal corrections.

Overall everyone from this company was very pleasant and helpful. My only concerns were that I wish I had overseen the trenched in area of fence - as a few corners were cut and I was hoping for the trench to actually hug the sides where the lawn and pavement meet (I think this too would be easier for my dogs to understand their boundaries and train). The other concern is that I am going to ask for more scheduled training. I paid a lot for this and don't feel the 1/2 hour was enough.

They were responsive and professional. The workers cleaned up after themselves and spent the time needed to answer all our questions. We had difficulty training our dog and they came back to advise us and spend the time needed to make sure we were satisfied and that the training was progressing.

Installed next day. Very accommodating and helpful.

VERY HELPFUL. ALSO INQUIRED ABOUT DOGGIE DOORS; HAD SEVERAL GOOD SUGGESTIONS. CAME OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS. EVEN CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO TRAIN THE DOG.

EXCELLENT! SALESPERSON AND INSTALLER WERE FABULOUS. ESPECIALLY LIKE THE BATTERY REPLACEMENT SITUATION BETTER THAN OTHER COMPANIES I COMPARED THEM TO. HELPED ME WITH A SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM I WAS HAVING INSIDE THE HOUSE, AS WELL AS OUTSIDE, AND SUGGESTED A FEW ALTERNATIVES. NO HIGH PRESSURE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY SO IT MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WANT TO WORK WITH THEM IN PARTICULAR. THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE SELLS ITSELF ONCE YOU GET ALL THE FACTS FROM THEIR REPRESENTATIVE AND COMPARE THEM TO THE FACTS FROM OTHER COMPANIES REPS.

OUR DOGS NEEDED CONSTANT SUPERVISION IN OUR NEW HOME, BECAUSE THE YARD WAS NOT ENCLOSED. PLUS WE WANTED TO KEEP THEM IN CERTAIN ROOMS OF THE HOUSE. PROLINE CAME OUT TO TALK TO US, EXPLAINED HOW THE FENCE WORKED, AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE THE SAME DAY WE CALLED. THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE FENCE THE NEXT DAY, AND WERE VERY PATIENT IN SHOWING US HOW TO TRAIN THE DOGS. THEY WERE GREAT WITH THE DOGS, TOO. THE TRAINING IS SIMPLE, BUT WE HAD ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS, AND THEY GRACIOUSLY RETURNED AND WORKED WITH OUR SCHEDULES.

DURING THE FIRST TELEPHONE CALL, THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO BE OUT WITHIN 36 HOURS, AND WOULD CALL ME AHEAD OF TIME TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE EN ROUTE. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS HAD PASSED, AND I HADN'T HEARD FROM THEM, I CALLED TO TRY TO DETERMINE WHEN THEY MIGHT COME. DURING THAT PHONE CALL, THE SAME PERSON (I THINK IT WAS THE OWNER) WAS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, TOLD ME HE WAS UNSURE WHEN I'D BE TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT ''THAT SHEET HAD LEFT ALREADY (??)''. HE TOLD ME HE'D CALL BACK LATER THAT DAY WITH AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN THE TECH WOULD COME BUT NEVER DID. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE COMPANY WHEN THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP AROUND 5 P.M., 3 DAYS AFTER I HAD CALLED. THE ONLY REASON I PROBABLY WOULDN'T CALL THEM AGAIN (THE REPAIR WORKED) IS TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH THE OFFICE. I GOT THE SENSE THEY WERE MUCH MORE INTERESTED IN INSTALLING NEW FENCES, THAN DEALING WITH LITTLE JOBS LIKE MINE.
