Great product but not cheap.. Installers are the best I have ever experienced. Followup service is equally excellent and the best experience yet. The staining work is subcontracted and this is why the overall quality is a B--lack of attention to detail and small errors which I would not expect at this price point. Definitely will use for our next home project.

The project went well. We were at the mercy of weather, so the work took a little longer than we hoped (what doesn't?) But we're very pleased with the final result. Pretty smooth process from sales, through project management and construction.

It was a free estimate. They were professional, they were on time and they were thorough. Their estimate was a little higher, but she explained why she thought it was higher. The reason she thought it was higher was the fact that her siding was finished and she thought the other company?s was primed. They are only 2 or 3 miles from my house, which I don?t really care. My wife and I still kind of agree, we think the other company was possibly quoting us primed siding. It was a good estimate. It was well documented. It was a lady that did it. She came out and she measured up. We actually measured up the house, I helped her measure. I gave her plans to the house, she took them back with her to her office. Within a week she had it all done. She came back and sat at the table here with Linda and me and explained everything. We told her that she?s higher than the other company and that we would have to think about it, and she said, ?that?s fine!? There was no pressure and she left. Based on what we know right now, we?re going to go with Pro Exteriors.

The work initially was good. However, I've recently come to suspect I may have dry rot underneath the siding. I asked them to come out and temporarily remove a small portion so that I can take a look at the potential rot. Since then they've been missing appointments and generally non-committal.
