Contractor reviewed all the symptoms we related as well as his own testing and theorized it had to be an issue between the breaker panel and the under-sink area. After exam he located a wall switch hidden by the coffeemaker that tied into the dishwasher supply line and found it had inadvertently been toggled off. His persistence in determining the source of the problem was outstanding and very appreciated.

I scheduled a deal using the Angi app. Ryan responded quickly and set up a good time to perform the 2-hour electrical service. It originally was to install an electrical outlet behind a mounted TV which would require running electrical wiring through my attic. Suspecting that it may take up the entire time I inquired if there was extra time would he be able to install a ceiling fan as well. Ryan got both jobs done within the hour with time to spare. The add-ons for the work were very reasonable as well. I recommend his work and would hire him again.

Ryan installed several new breakers/outlets for us, including for a new electric range. He was friendly and efficient and the finished project looked clean. We’ll definitely be calling him for future electrical work!

The work was done in a professional manner and even though it took longer than expected because of the age of my house, he stayed with the original estimate. It went well. We had a lighting plan in mind for our kitchen renovation. Unfortunately plumbing was in the way of our perfect plan. Presence Electric made suggestions and collaborated with us to arrive at a solution that we liked which didn’t involve rerouting the Master Bath plumbing.

The electrician did a good job. He did the job in a timely manner. He was really professional and well mannered. He made one mistake with the switch. He came out again the next day to fix the issue. The best of us makes mistakes. It how we handle the issue.
