 + -1 moreTHEY WERE CLEAN, PROMPT, AND PROFESSIONAL. MR. NOEL TALKED ABOUT THE SERVICE AHEAD OF TIME. WHEN THEY FINISHED, WE FOUND NO SPOTS, AND HE SAID IF I FOUND ANYTHING, THEY WOULD COME BACK AND FIX IT. HE WAS RESPECTFUL OF MY QUESTIONS, HE WAS A REAL NICE PERSON.

 + -1 moreVACUUM MALFUNCTIONED CIRCULATING DRYWALL DUST CREATED FROM SANDING THROUGHOUT ENTIRE HOUSE. USED OUR SHOP VAC WITHOUT ASKING, AND SAID THAT ONE WAS WORSE. PAINTER SAID THAT HE THEN WENT OUT AND PURCHASED A NEW VACUUM. WE SPENT APPROXIMATELY 18 HOURS CLEANING THE LAYER OF DUST THAT WAS CIRCULATED BY THE FURNACE AND DEPOSITED ON FURNITURE, DRAPERIES, FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS, ETC. AN APOLOGY WAS GIVEN, BUT NO DISCOUT ETC. OFFERED. PAINTER STATED THAT HE CHECKED FOR DUST AND DID NOT SEE ANY WHEN HE LEFT!!
