Description of Work: REPLACED TORN SINGLES IN TWO SPOTS AND SEALED 4 CRACKED STACK BOOTS ON OUR ROOF. ACTUALLY SEALED UP THE CRACKED SINGLES DURING ESTIMATING SEVERAL MONTHS PREVIOUS TO WORK TO TEMPORARY STOP DAMAGE UNTIL REPAIR COULD BE DONE.

Description of Work: BRIAN AND THOMAS SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I EXPLAINED TO BRIAN ABOUT THE DORMER SHINGLES THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. HE EXPLAINED TO ME HOW HE WOULD FIX THE DORMERS, AND POINTED OUT A COUPLE OTHER NEEDED REPAIRS. HE SAID THAT THEY COULD FIX ALL OF THE PROBLEMS AT THAT TIME. WE NEGOTIATED A FAIR PRICE (I THOUGHT THE INITIAL QUOTE WAS TOO HIGH FOR THE WORK). I ALSO USED AN ANGIE COUPON FOR ADDITIONAL SAVINGS. BRIAN AND THOMAS REPLACED CAP SHINGLES ON FOUR DORMERS, RENAILED SEVERAL NAILS BACKING OUT OF SHINGLES, RENAILED VENT STACKS THAT HAD COME LOOSE FROM ROOF, SEALED ALL AREAS AS NEEDED, AND CLEANED AND HAULED AWAY DEBRIS. THEIR WORK WAS THOROUGH. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ROOFING.

Description of Work: HAD COMPANY ESTIMATE ROOF PATCH AND GUTTER REPAIR. SIGNED WORK ORDER AND SCHEDULED WORK. COMPANY CALLED ME ON DAY AFTER WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND SAID THEY COULD NOT DO THE WORK BECAUSE THEIR ESTIMATOR HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY DID NOT WORK ON THE TYPE OF ROOF AND GUTTER I HAVE. NOW I HAVE TO START THE PROCESS OF FINDING SOME ONE WHO CAN REPAIR THE ROOF AFTER A 2 WEEK DELAY EXPECTING MUTH TO REPAIR IT.
