Description of Work: Installed a new roof. The sales representative was very responsive. The installation team did not communicate well - showed up unannounced and did not give a good time estimate - ended up working all day on a Saturday unexpectedly. This is the reason I could not give them an "A" overall.

The quote covered 14 different corrections that needed completed on the house, after reviewing what we recommended and our pictures the quote was in line with what needed completed. Description of Work: They patched a hole in our roof around a vent pipe, cleaned the gutters, installed hangers to pull the gutters close to the house and re-nailed the gutter spikes that were sticking out. |The roof leak was making a water stain on our bathroom ceiling. The estimator who came out voluntarily put a plastic grocery bag with a rubber band around the vent pipe to help stop the leak until a permanent fix could be scheduled. He expected it to be about 3 weeks before a crew would be available to fix the leak but I received a call just 1 or 2 business days later scheduling the work to be done two days after the call! They also took pictures of their work and emailed them to me. Very pleased with Muth and Company Roofing. Very responsive, especially for such a small job.

Description of Work: Removed old asphalt shingles, installed new shingles. Could have cleaned up a little better. Seems that they did a good job, just not exceptional. They were prompt, polite. It was probably before 2012. I have not gone back to see what the cost was but it was probably average, certainly not excessive. I don't expect to need this service again in near future!

Description of Work: They have replaced our entire roof. Later we had them upgrade the attic insulation. While there, they fixed and made sure all the ceiling lights and fans were properly insulated and vented. Also added baffles, to help the insulation. I'm sorry, I don't remember the date or costs. I do remember thinking the costs compared to others were a bit higher. But, I do remember seeing the final projects done by other companies we compared them with, I did not like the finished product by the other companies.
