The team did an excellent job! They were very efficient but detailed. My home was clean and comfortable. They communicate clearly and always answer promptly. Highly recommend!

All first-time problems (small ones) were taken care of. They come on time, which is nice. Also, they were all vaccinated and showed us their cards proving that. Being vaccinated is a must-have factor to us. We have hired them to come every other week, which is exactly what we wanted.

They were on time and worked hard. My house smelled amazing and the kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. Nice touch with folding towels and tissues . Very pleasant . I’ve had them 2 other times. Very pleased with them.

good job overall. Only problem was the failure to empty all trash cans, which I attribute to this being their first time in our house. We can get that fixed when they come again on Sept 6. Our plan is to stay with them, for the foreseeable future.

These folks are fabulous. They cleaned much more thoroughly than my previous cleaning person. I hired them to do an initial deep cleaning and then am following up with weekly cleaning. They paid attention to details like cobwebs in the track lights and dust on the top of my washer and dryer. They have a positive attitude and my dog loves them.

We've been using MKV cleaning for almost a year now. We first did a deep cleaning and then hired them to do maintenance cleaning every two weeks. They always do a thorough job and the house smells and looks great when they're done. Would recommend!

My expectations were exceeded! The finishing touches really made an impression. The bathroom was COMPLETELY and thoroughly cleaned in every nook and cranny. I am inviting MKV back again.

They did a decent job for the price, but refused to vacume the basement. They explained that they would not have time based on what we purchased, which I understand (though other companies have been able to do so in the same time frame). My take is that the homeowner should be able to prioritize what gets done with the time they have purchased, and it was unprofessional to ignore/refuse the request.

Mariza (and a second person helping) did a wonderful job on my home! I have tried other house cleaners for deep cleanings (I've tried 2 others about a year and a year and a half ago), but for the work they did and cost, I couldn't justify hiring them for repeat cleans. Before Mariza left, I had her scheduled for a second cleaning! They didn't leave anything untouched, I was so pleased with their work. She is very kind and professional. Thank you!
