 + -1 moreHIS ESTIMATE WAS LOWER THAN ANYONE ELSES, BUT WHAT GOOD IS THAT IF HE WON'T COME OUT AND ACTUALLY DO THE WORK?! A PHONE CALL TELLING ME THAT HE IS UNAVAILABLE, OR JUST DOSN'T WANT TO DO IT, WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE.
Description of Work: HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR INSTALLATION OF OVERHEAD LIGHTING. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 3 WEEKS SINCE TO HIRE HIM TO DO THE WORK BUT HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS.
