Alex and his crew are very professional and do great work. He is very busy so keep calling to get him. But, he is totally worth the wait. Excellent service and workmanship. Highly recommend.

Alex came out very quickly but had to get the right parts so there was a little bit of a delay in getting the job done. But he repaired our lamp post while we were away out of town. When we came back it was all done. He was very nice to work with.

I called McMahon and they did not return my call. To be fair I know that electricians are hard to get as they all seem to be busy. (good problem for them to have) But a call back--even to decline the work--would have been better than being ignored. I'm not giving them Fs or Ds as I assume they were just really busy. I found another electrician willing to handle my project.

Everything went really well, and I have working lights again.

Greg and Alex were very polite. They communicated schedules with me and arrived promptly. The work was completed quickly and with no mess. The quote was even lowered because some of the work we had discussed ended up being simpler than he thought it would be.

Called and left detailed message about issue and expressed my concern about possible fire hazard. I never received the courtesy of a call back. I understand that McMahon Electric is a small company, but I am extremely disappointed that in over 30 days no return call was ever received. Based on the other reviews and small company size, I was expecting more personalized service and was hoping to find a quality business for my current issue as well as other future projects for my 30+ year old house. Apparently McMahon is not interested in new business.

Alex (I think...I wasn't there when the actual work was performed) showed up on time. He swapped out the timer and took time to program it to a setting. We've used him before and would use him again.

Arrived on time and got right to work. Completed job in 2 hrs with no problems, even with cleanup. Very professional and friendly, would recommend and use again.

McMahon did an excellent, excellent job. In fact, we called them back to do some GFI work, after they put in the box. We talked about them when they came and they said they would be able to do some GFI work to update our electric and he came back out about two weeks after maybe, it might have been a month after. I don't remember the exact day. He put in a whole new circuit box. He took care of all the financial aspects of it because we paid for the big one. He sent me a check back for the difference. He was very above board and extremely informational and he did a great job with what he did. I thought his price was pretty reasonable. I wouldn't know for sure, but it seems like he was right in there with other estimates that I saw. When the inspectors come out that will be the tell, tell. I doubt we will have problems with what we did. He was very prompt. If I remember right, he came out pretty much right on schedule. He might've been 15 minutes late, one time I think he was a little early. I don't know which ones which.

Great! They were able to come out 3 days after quoting. It only took about two hours to complete.

The providers came to the house and quickly got to work. They were efficient and professional. They worked carefully in the home making sure not to damage or dirty anywhere they worked. They quickly diagnosed the issue and did everything they could do to fix the issue. We had some scheduling conflicts which delayed the work but not a big deal especially considering the outcome and cost. They also agreed that if the issue came back to contact them and they would return to address immediately.

Service was great, price was the best out of 4 other electricians, and they got it done by the end of the day. Fantastic!

I was very pleased with their prompt and professional work.

The guys arrived exactly as scheduled. They offered me a choice of breakers to install and completed the work as arranged. Gregg was here for approximately 8 hours (rather than the 5 estimated) as nearly all slots in the panel ended up being used. He did a very neat job and I am pleased with the outcome. I would definitely hire again.

So far Alex has moved the light switch to another wall so that we could begin some demo. This is a DIY remodel with an undefined timeline and Alex is willing to work with us and do the eletric parts as needed. Alex is friendly, arrived on schedule and cleaned up before he left. Initially Alex did not respond to my Angies List request for a quote and I entered a jpoor review. Alex then responded with an appology and an offer to remedy, which we accepted. Other than that, McMahon Electric has been great to work with and they will be back to complete the other pieces when we are ready.

Alex was prompt and very kind. We were thinking about upgrading our electric panel (for additional money) but to my surprise Alex said it wasn't needed and a waste of money. This was where I was truly impressed! most people ALWAYS try to up sale you and Alex did NOT. It is very rare these days to find someone as honest and great as Alex. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a HONEST appraisal. In fact I told my neighbor about him and she hired him also to do some work for her. She was just as impressed with his work as we were and couldn't comment enough on his excellent work and courteous demeanor. We had a couple questions after his work was finished a few days later so we called him and he even promptly returned our call without hesitation. GREAT JOB Alex and your crew!

I can't say enough about how great Alex and his team were. It was easy to work with them throughout the entire project. They were timely, neat, very professional and good at solving the unexpected problems that arise within an old house. I will being them again in the future without hesitation.
