Tried to cut corners on a couple aspects of the job. They did not follow the agreed upon design. I had to quality control the job several times and it was still not completed as stated or requested. The sales manager person I was dealing with, who was the only one who spoke fluent English, was supposedly no longer an employee after I addressed my issues with the job and no one was able to communicate with me directly. Everything had to go via google translator. There business does not have a physical location, the address on the invoice is an apartment complex in Westerville. I opened a case with our states attorney general due to the poor service and cut corners.

We were very pleased with the whole process and how quickly they got it all done. We also had steps and a patio slab installed. Everything looks great. We have had people walking by tell us how nice it looks.

The company went above and beyond and they were very timely. They did a very nice job and would most certainly recommend them. Mr Dennis was great to work with.

Adam and his work crew took pride in their work and care for customer was first class! High quality of product at value pricing. Made additional add ons that enhanced home value, which Adam passed on company savings to our cost. Anyone needing driveway or any cement work call Maxxima Concrete ask for Adam first then compare. Adam (an owner) worked with us to have a Saturday appointment for the estimate. He then went over everything the first day before work started to double check what we agreed upon. He was very upfront with things. The worker crew showed up on time and worked till it was done. Driveway looks great!

The owners will communicate with you unlike most contractors. They show up when they say they will show up. If weather prohibits work, they will immediately notify you and give you a new date and time. Beautiful work.

The salesman answered all our questions before we even asked. He was great at communicating with us. He showed up while the job was being done. The owner also showed up to check out the project and talked with us. Very nice guy. All the workers were friendly and worked very hard. They cleaned up everything after done. They all were very nice and did one heck of a job. We are very pleased.

All in all a top-notch contractor. I have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for a new driveway. Communications - Excellent and prompt call / text messages from the estimate, start, and to the completion of the project. Maxxima answered all of my questions, addressed concerns, as well as made sure all the job tasks were performed. Quality - Maxxima performed the work as agreed. Solid work without cutting any corner. All the design details we requested were done with great care and attention to detail. The onsite contractors showed up on time and were courteous. Cost - The quote I was provided was very reasonable. When everything is said and done, I can honestly say the money was well spent. We have a beautiful driveway which expanded to allow an additional parking pad, and is integrated to a walk path and a new front stoop/porch.

They removed my old driveway and put a new concrete driveway with one additional spot next day after I called them. Excellent work and great to work with.

Our experience with Maxxima concrete was excellent start to finish. The estimate provided by the co-owner was direct and thorough and lower than competitors. They arrived the first day for a walk through and marking of the patio to ensure it was exactly what we wanted and the crew arrived later the same day to remove the old patio, excavate, lay the substrate, and prepare the area for the pour. They even removed a small tree stump without extra charge. The next business day the crew arrived and poured the patio. We had a slight issue with our landing being smaller than requested, but this was communicated with the owner who quickly had it addressed and fixed it immediately. The crew cleaned everything up and leveled the surrounding area beautifully. The final patio turned out beautifully. We referred Maxxima to our in laws and others for their excellent work. I highly recommend them for your project, donâ t hesitate!

This business made replacing my old asphalt driveway so easy and affordable, it makes me mad I did not do this a long time ago! Their salesman, Adam, was so prompt in returning my call and provided a quote just as fast. He gave me an incentive to decide quickly and the company was digging up my old driveway within 5 days of giving me the quote! Adam was fantastic all the way thru from his presence and attentiveness. He showed up on the job on the first day and other successive days, so there was a cohesiveness throughout the project. Larry, who is the head of the company and crew was wonderful as well and has a highly skilled crew working for him. You can tell they are truly skilled, know what they're doing, and have worked together for a long time. Everyone had a role and did it well! These are not seasonal workers, but true concrete workers, who work very well as a team. And they worked hard! They were often here until dark each night. That's hard to find these days. My project was pretty big, as I replaced my very long driveway, all of the sidewalks and my curb! It looks amazing and is such a facelift for my Clintonville home! (And no more asphalt upkeep!!). I have to add that I shopped around and they were the lowest price that I got this year and were in the same price range as the three quotes I got last year (despite costs everywhere going up of course!). I'm certain I got the level of quality you would expect if paying much more too! (ie, don't let the affordability scare you!). Cannot recommend this company enough. They listened to what I wanted and did such a great job!! Call Adam at Maxxima (TWO "X"'s!). You will be looking at a new driveway (or whatever!) in no time and LOVING IT!!

They came on a Friday poured and finished up on Saturday other than concrete being there couldn't tell they were there for the most part
