Everything went well. Started on time and finished when expected. Report was delivered as an electronic file.

The Process went smoothly, until the final report was submitted. Not only did he intentionally low ball our home value in Grove City, Ohio but we payed for the appraisal out of our own pocket. Comp #1 came in and had the complete wrong address. The second Comps address was also completely wrong, in fact the address that was given was for a completely different home. The third and final comp came back with the right address finally, but the wrong value. He decided to use the previous transaction of more than a year before, instead of using the appropriate comp which happened to be from 2 months prior. The final process was a nightmare, and we are now in the processor filing a grievance with this business and submitting a grievance to the Ohio Department of real Estate and Licensing. Sadly our loan we hoped for is not happening and because we are refinancing into a VA loan there is a ton of red tape to get a reappraised value. Good Luck to whoever decides to roll the dice on this business!
