+ -1 moreThey generally have been very good about responding when I have issues with things like weed control or other things that weren't handled with the technician was here. The management has been very good about responding and having someone come out and take care of it.

+ -1 moreOverall, it was a bad experience. They called repeatedly with scare tactics to get me to buy grub treatment that I did not need. They did not do the June treatment at all. I scheduled the July treatment to be done and missed the scheduled application. I think it was 3 different times over a several week process. They effectively missed all summer applications. We called them to cancel the service. After we canceled service, several days they later came and did an unwanted application. It took many weeks to get a refund, as we had prepaid. After getting a refund, we received another bill. They apparently could not compute the refund correctly. The lawn is in poor shape. There are extensive weeds of several types in large areas.
