Description of Work: Our Homeowner's Association contracted with Mike at LDF to revamp and install an LED outdoor lighting display at the entrance to our neighborhood. This price included the installation of 25 new lighting fixtures which included a mixture of spot lights, tree uplights, and wall washers. All new wiring, new astronomic timer, and all labor. Price also included a free nighttime preview for the neighborhood, and a one year maintenance warranty in addition to the fixture-specific warranties. Mike was very easy to work with, and knows his product. Provided a complimentary consultation and estimate before we decided to have the work done. Very happy - looks great.

 + -1 moreWe contacted Mike Imondi directly and he responded promptly to set up a time to talk about our goals for exterior lighting of our home and landscaping. We walked around the house and Mike drew up the initial plan for uplighting trees, architectural features of the home, and path lighting. He discussed options of different types of lighting, and also where the transformer would be installed and how we could make the timer operate in a carefree, dependable manner. Mike gave us an estimate and he then set up the lights for our approval, and after a few nights we were able to tell him what looked good and what we thought should be changed. He came back several times and was very patient in the placement of the lights until we were totally satisfied. The whole system was then permanently and professionally installed.
Description of Work: Mike Imondi installed exterior landscape, home lighting and a timer system for us. He was prompt, courteous, professional and always willing to try to accomodate our vision of how we wanted the exterior of our home to appear. He had a very gentle and kind manner, shared his ideas but wanted our feedback and opinions to make sure we were happy. There were numerous opportuniites to have the lighting system changed or tweaked, including an initial lighting trial with no obligation to buy. He was very patient and went far and above to make sure we were totally satisfied. We feel confident that if we needed any help in the future with the system that he would be very responsive--Mike is very customer oriented.

Description of Work: I called Mike Imondi the owner/installer of Outdoor lighting by Landscape Design First concerning our outdoor lighting system. As it is very small system, I wasn't sure they would even deal with it. Mike Imondi called me back that same evening and assured me that this was something they would be happy to address. He was going to be in our area the later part of the week and would take a look at the problem. I'm embarrassed to say that all but one of the bulbs needed to be replaced, the result of a very careless spring cleanup crew. Mike replaced the bulbs, reset the timer and called it a courtesy call. Not only will I use this company again, I would highly recommend it to others. Kathryn Lane
