Where should I start? I could go on for a good bit on how much we enjoyed working with John and Robyn. We knew we wanted to work with them from the first meeting we had when they came out to see the first floor remodel we wanted to have done. A great family business. They are very easy to work with, communication and follow up is excellent. Most importantly the work John can do is great. You will see the before and after in our pictures but he took our wish list and made it happen and within the time frame he projected it would take. Very patient with us as well since we may have changed somethings in the middle of the project. They did a complete remodel of our entire first floor. Pretty much everything except removing walls. New flooring, new layout, new cabinets, new fixtures, added lighting, added and matched crown molding, backsplash. Many custom features. If you want to get a quality remodel, deal with a local hardworking, honest family look no further. I promise you will not regret it. They are worth the wait as he is very busy and schedules out!

He was good. He makes it right until you are happy. We were out of town so we let him use us as fill-in. It took about 2 months. It took a little longer because we let him because we weren't here. He did a very good job. We were happy with everything. The price was fair. We are actually getting ready to renovate another bathroom and we will use him.

Not pleasant; did not show up on time, did not start or finish project any where close to estimate or when he said he would, left the place dirty and a mess, did not clean up after himself; kept telling me he was in the middle of another project and couldn't finish my project.

HE GAVE ME A WRITTEN BID, BUT IT WAS VERY GENERAL & LACKED ANY DETAILS OR BREAKDOWN OF COSTS. NO COMPLETION DATES MENTIONED. HE LOWBALLS THE BIDS TO GET THE JOB, ONLY TO RAISE HIS PRICE AFTER STARTING, WHICH I FOUND FRUSTRATING. ANOTHER ISSUE INVLOVED THE COMPLETION DATE. SINCE IT'S OUTDOOR WORK, WE EXPECTED TO FINISH THIS SPRING. THE PROCESS DRAGGED ON TOO LONG, WITH DAYS WHEN HE DIDN'T SHOW, OR WOULD SHOW EVERY DAY, BUT FOR ONLY AN HOUR A DAY. HE'S BLOWN OFF MORE THAN ONE APPOINTMENT. EVEN AFTER RESCHEDULING TO AVOID BAD WEATHER, OR THE DAY AFTER I CALLED TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT. I DO NOT APPRECIATE HIS LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY TIME.
