Description of Work: Having to replace a furnace and A/C unit is never fun, but Fred at Klein made this experience go as good as it possibly could. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of any type of HVAC work.

Description of Work: Our A/C went out on a Friday night in mid-summer and it was unbearably hot. Close to 95 degrees and humid as it gets. The technician who I later found to be the owner, was hands down one of the best technicians I've ever used for any service. At all times I knew I was in good hands. Do not use anyone else. He stayed at my house until 1:00am to make sure I had A/C for my small infant.
