Description of Work: The Greenwell Group was our realtor in selling our home in Westerville, OH. She did an excellent job in helping us decide what to do to prepare the home for sale and to establish the asking price. The home was under contract within 7 days. When that contract was cancelled because the buyers could not get financing, we got another contract the very next day. The home sold for the asking price! | |In addition to Kathy's personal assistance as the agent, the Greenwell Group's staff, particularly Maria, were always there to help in any way. They were very efficient in handling the paperwork that was necessary in going through the two contracts and the sale. | |Everyone involved made the selling our home a very pleasant experience!
