Description of Work: My sump pump was running & would not shut off. I called in the morning and they sent someone out in the early afternoon. They called when they were on the way. The service man was very knowledgeable and explained the problem, had the appropriate parts and replaced the sump pump in very short order. He was here maybe 30 minutes. I will call them the next time I have a plumbing problem no question

Description of Work: I originally contacted the company to inquire about a backup sump pump. They told me all about it and so I was preparing to use them. THEN, I had wet carpet in the basement and I thought my sump pump had died. I called first thing in the morning and within 5 hours, Tim showed up and told me that the sump pump was fine; the problem was that the check valve to the outside piping was leaking every time the sump pump came on. So, he replaced the check valve AND he fixed the outside piping where the connection was broken (in essence, I was recirculating water). Very nice fellow and we chatted about the backup system, so now I am back to that and will get this company set up to install it.

Description of Work: We wanted to replace a 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon, and after reading other good reports from Angie's List folks, called this contractor. After scheduling the appointment for the next day, the plumber called to tell us his estimated time of arrival and again when he was actually on his way. He wiped the wheels on his 2 wheel cart before entering the house so as not to track dirt. The price was exactly as quoted including the $15 discount coupon for being an Angie's List customer. We were very pleased with the work and would use this contractor again.
