They did an excellent job. They called when on their way. Showed up on time. Worked through the faucet problem and didn't accept "good enough". An excellent experience all the way around. Will definitely use them again!

The appointment was for 10 days later and, in the interim, one toilet started working fine but the shower wouldn't drain. Guy came out and after being here for almost an hour running water and flushing toilets until he made the one toilet gush water out at it's base, told me they don't do drains and I should call someone else. WHAT? I clearly stated the drain needed cleaned and if they, according to one of their people, don't do drains, I should have been told when I called. BTW, the problem was fixed by another company in about a half hour by snaking the drain and removing the partial clog.

I have hired Jack L Woods Plumbing multiple times for plumbing repairs, and they have done a professional job for a reasonable price each time.

This was a over-time job, since they were booked up during normal hours and we were completely without hot water. One of their guys came out the next day on Saturday morning. Very professional, showed up when they said they would and called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Replaced the hot the tank with a new one. Our old one was 18 years old, so made sense to replace it. They let us know the thermo-couple on the old one could be replaced, but probably would not be worth the cost given the age and condition of the tank and copper lines attached (much corrosion). I agreed. Job was completed in a few hours, done professionally and up to code. They removed a make-shift concrete dam around the old tank and installed a new pan under the new tank along with new copper lines to/from the tank. They cleaned up and took the old tank away.

It was good, they have done a good job.

Great work. Came over same day completed more work then I planned in much less time. Dave did a great job and some ideas for finishing the project .

Horrible.... they could only come out to house once every week (7 week process) and would only spend a couple hours trying to identify the source. They never found the source or corrected . I (homeowner) finally found the source after directing their plumbers to within 3 feet of What I believed to be the issue. I had to move my family out of the house during this time. After paying $450 dollars for something that did not work/resolve issue, they had the audacity to send me a $1.000 invoice for Further “services”. In addition, they disconnected a toilet and never even offered to remount it after I personally fixed the issue they could not.

Jack Woods is the only plumber in the Westerville area that I will call. They are professional, responsive and courteous. They will give a time window when you schedule but they also call just before they come out too. If only other contractors could match the work and level of service Jack Woods has.

Excellent. Jack Woods Plumbing is a solid trustworthy company that has knowledgeable professionals who are skilled and efficient. They maintain good relationships with craftsmen in other trades that enable them to provide referrals as needed. Bill provided a referral for someone who could assist with carpentry to enable the plumbing work to be completed. After the vanity cabinetry was installed, Bill was able to schedule the plumbing work within the same week. Tim was able to come a little sooner and approached the job as a knowledgeable, seasoned professional. He was very helpful in explaining features of the product we purchased and information about warranty for future reference. Tim as well as Bill and Rex cate about the customer and are helpful and responsive to questions. Jack Woods Plumbing is always very busy in regard to scheduling work but they are trustworthy and reliable.

Company was not able to provide service for over a week and went elsewhere.

The man who answered the phone said the company does not provide estimates. "We just come out and do the work." He could only say the company bills "$94 an hour plus materials." I have no way of knowing how long this work would take a plumber. And I have not priced spigots and copper water line. Sorry, but I prefer not to agree to services without having some idea of number of hours involved and cost of materials. This does not seem at all professional.

They gave us a 5 hour arrival block which is a bit much for a person who has to take off work to stay home. Tim Reed came at the end of the time slot. He was very good and gave my husband advice on how to make the venting repair. That saves us money since my husband can do the work.

He was excellent! He made great recommendations on what toilet to get.

Made the appointment. Promised show up 10:00am to 3:00pm. Never call for the delay. After pass the 3:00pm Call back to say delay to arrive 45minutes or more. Should not make the appointment. This company is getting so popular. And their service is getting worst and rude. Their apologizes word is only their idea and the solution.

Jim was right on time for the appointment, was professional and had both toilets fixed in about an hour and a half. I was billed for 2 hours of labor though. I assume the policy is to round up. Other than that everything was great and I would hire again. Thanks Jim!

Jack was excellent. Give him A plus. People were nice and thoughtful. I used them 3 times and they gave me a senior discount.

Repairman (and I forget his name) was very professional. He quickly identified the problem (I knew what the problem was, to be honest) and he quickly got to work and fixed it. All around great experience. When I called the gentleman who answered the phone was friendly, they didn't have any appointments open for a week and even offered recommendations for other companies if we needed someone sooner. I was expecting to spend at least double what I was charged.

The gentleman was on time, looked at what I needed done. He told me what he would do and got right to it. He also had me inspect the work after it was done.

This company put in a sump pump and less than a year later, the fitting going into the pump had come loose and was spraying into the room. They gave me a day/time to repair and were a no call/no show and I had to call again two days later. They finally came, did not stand by their work (since it had not even been a year), then I received two separate bills - one for the day they did not come and one for a charge that should have been warrantied! I called at least 5 times to talk to someone about my bill - they always would tell me they'd promise call me back, but no one ever did. They finally emailed me since I have refused to pay for the "service" and made up some silly excuse of not having my correct cell number which is just ridiculous. I FINALLY did get someone on the phone and this person was SO RUDE and refused to listen to anything I had to say. He repeatedly interrupted and talked over me and kept insisting on things that had nothing to do with the work done and didn't address the numerous false invoices - kept insisting they had credited my account when there should not have been a bill in the first place! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing there and I wish I had read the other reviews before ever using them in the first place. This could have been resolved long before now!
