Plumber showed up, stated upstairs broken toilet was old. Never have seen a Case toilet before. He indicated best to replace and stated Toto was a good brand, which is what they have at their office. I stated we have Toto downstairs and this Case toilet blows the doors off of the Toto. Wanted it salvaged. Stated he'd try to order parts. Asked if he could just remove the broken off copper pipe piece still threaded in the toilet. Said he could likely do that. Asked if he could just take a piece of 1 inch copper pipe and rethreat it. He stated the threads on this old toilet is more coarse than today's threads, which wasn't the case. He left stating he'd try to find parts. I then removed the broken off piece of copper pipe, then took a PVC tube I had laying around. Using the threads from the toilet, I threaded the PVC pipe. Works like a champ, no leaking! I did later go to ACE Hardware and bought a universal plastic overflow tube that cost 3.98 just in case my makeshift pipe failed, but so far, so good. Those at ACE stated the universal tube would fit my toilet after showing them pictures of it. Threads are the same as today's toilet. Called and told Jack Woods Plumbing not to charge me a trip charge since the plumber didn't even try to resolve my issue, rather seemed like he wanted to sell me a toilet or sell me "special" parts. All I can say is "girl power"! Jack Woods has been great for years. I don't blame them as much as this plumber who claims to have worked for them for about 11 yrs if I recall. Pretty shameful it took a girl to solve the problem. I would hire Jack Woods again, but not this particular plumber.

Excellent. Work was finished on time. They managed to minimize the collateral damage to my drywall and plaster. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Very well, Replacement was done and recommendations on what to do to avoid problems again with the valve were suggested.

It was very expensive, but very nice work.

The service call was quick and they were very professional!

All went very well. My home has PEX piping and the shut-off valves for the hose bibbs are very questionable. So they also replaced about the first 3' of the PEX from the hose bibbs with copper, including metal ballvalve shut-offs. They are quality plumbers and either do the job right, or don't take it on.

Everything went very well. The cost was under the estimated amount and the work was excellent.

Very well. The installer had the correct disposal on his truck, and did a great job installing it.

The staff is good. They do everything pretty well.

Fast, clean, professional. I'm sure they do these every day but he was right on it and got it done quickly without cutting corners.

The faucets were installed. I asked for an estimate by phone before the work was to be done and was told it would be two hours work at $76/hour, so about $150. The bill ended up being over $300 because the Jack Woods Plumbing took it upon themselves to add to the work by installing rigid rather tubing rather than the normal flex hose to connect the new faucets to the house plumbing. This was work not asked for, not wanted, not welcome and ridiculously over-priced.

Found two installation issues from builder. Repaired.

Found 8 inches of water in my basement at 9:15pm. Email Jack L Woods Plumbing about 10pm asking for them to contact me. I received a call the next morning at 7:10 am, by 2pm I had a new sump pump.! Very friendly and prompt!

We've been using them about 6 years. Their response time is always very quick if it's an emergency and their quotes are always on point.

They have been around the Columbus area for a long time. They are very prompt, personable, and professional. They are very good about leaving the area clean.

I would give him "A"s across the board. They have been our regular plumber over the years off and on.

They're originally off of Angie's list and I have used them ever since. They're very responsive, professional. They do excellent work. When you find somebody like that you want to keep using them. I have. The things that I have had done- they've done it all. They're just a very good company.

They installed all of our plumbing in our condo and we've used him every since. They are very fair. They are wonderful. They are just great. We can trust them. The quality is fabulous. They are just a really well run, fabulous company. They respond when they say they are going to. The people know what they are doing. It is a fabulous company. We've used them for 15 years. They have never left anything here.

I have used Wood's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I was told by Josh I needed to have the pipes and expansion tank replaced. He would have his office call with an estimate. He said it was something I should have done asap since there was a possibility that they could burst. I called 3 times to inquire about the estimate. I was told Josh would call me. I called again today to ask why Josh has not gotten back to me only to be told he would give Josh the message. I told him never mind I would look for another plumber. His response was no problem. Good-bye Obviously Jack L Woods has a good enough business that they can pick and choose their jobs! Will never use again.

Mark is an excellent Tech and installer, knows what he is doing. Mark removed the toilet and sink and replaced with ones that we bought. Didn't use any old parts that could be I problem in the short future, am pleased with the new parts. No mess and no problems, that's what we like.

Quickly scheduled, arrived on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up in very professional and timely manner.

We were very pleased. They were very thorough. They even checked the next upstream area to make sure there were no problems.

Mark came in took a look said because of the well water the guts of the tanks were just rotting. He replaced everything that needed to be done, in a timely matter and cleaned up after himself!! I was very happy with his work and his professionalism.

Technicians were timely and efficient. They were careful in extracting the old units and in placing the new units. I am a very particular customer. Anything I would have preferred be done differently was very minor. The technicians did an excellent job. Installation was subsequently inspected by Delaware County Health Department and was passed by the inspector without issue.

Called to let me know he was on his way. Had the faucet replaced in under 1/2 hour - fixed the incorrectly installed flush handle on our toilet at no charge. Company discounts to seniors!
