Description of Work: Hoch Painting was prompt about contacting me. When I inquired about having them look at my job, as I was expecting them to at least figure out the paint color to bring to the job, I was told it would 'only' cost $25 for them to come look at the job... No work, just to look. This seemed excessive for a job that was supposed to only cost $99 total, so I asked about it. The response included the information that the company was only planning to provide $60 worth of service, for which I had already paid $99. This was not acceptable, so I am canceling. The company may be excellent painters, and they did communicate with me several times.
