+ -1 moreWorkers came and installed the product. After about 6 months I noticed the rain flowing off the gutters and creating ruts in my yard and mulch. After several phone calls not returned and no evidence this place is still in business I contacted another gutter cleaning establishment. They informed me the gutter guards on the back of our house were installed over top of leaves and debris. He estimated $430 to take them off and clean the gutters then replace them.
Description of Work: Gutters were to be cleaned and "Leaf Relief" installed to prevent sticks and leaves from clogging the gutter.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE ABOUT 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAN THE TIME GIVEN. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD DO AND WHY. HE SHOWED ME A SAMPLE OF THE TYPE OF GUTTER SYSTEM HE WOULD USE AND GAVE A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. I CALLED HIM A COUPLE DAYS AFTER THAT AND ASKED THAT THEY COME AND DO THE WORK. THEY CAME ON THE DAY THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID THE JOB WHILE I WAS AT WORK. THE WORK LOOKS WELL DONE AND THERE WAS NO MESS IN THE YARD WHEN I GOT HOME. THEY LEFT THE WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR ME AND SO FAR I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK DOWN MY OLD GUTTERS AND REPLACED THEM WITH A NEW GUTTER SYSTEM WITH COVERS SO THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO BE CLEANED ANY MORE.
