They've done work for us before. It was just one of those things where we knew the people and we used them before. They had a lot to deal with and they dealt with it pretty well. In a couple of cases they went above and beyond what they said they would do. The sales rep was punctual, I just don't know about the workers. I wasn't there, my daughter dealt with it.

When we bought our 1937 house a year ago, we knew the roof was nearing the end of its life. This spring I called Feazel to get an opinion on whether we needed to replace it right way or not. The field supervisor from Feazel agreed that we only had a few years left, but thought the best idea would be to wait since it was not currently leaking. He said it was possible that a typical spring storm could do enough damage to get our insurance company to help defray the cost. Two weeks after we decided to wait, the roof over the family room developed a leak. I called Feazel and they came out immediately, tarped the roof and started to work on an estimate for repair/replacement. I did call our insurance company and Feazel came out to chat with the adjuster. He even walked around on the roof with him to point out some of our roof's other issues. Although full replacement was not covered by our insurance (due to the age of the roof) we did opt to replace the whole thing. Our 2-3 week timeframe for completing the project was stretched to about 6 weeks due to weather and local permit issues. It did take a few phone calls on my part to get updates on the status of my job, but the folks at the corporate offices were always polite and professional. Once the work day arrived, things went at a breakneck pace. The job foreman introduced himself as soon as he got on site and the workers jumped right in. The entire crew worked diligently and took great care to protect my property. The entire job was done by dinner time in one day. I was particularly impressed with how clean they left my yard. The last time I had a roof replaced (by another company) I was picking up shingles and nails for weeks after they left. I scoured the yard (I needed to mow the lawn) and barely found any debris. In the end the roof looks great and more importantly, it is keeping my house dry. The only negative thing I can say is that I was promised a quote for adding insulation to my attic. I understand that this would have involved a subcontractor. I never received that quote, despite several phone calls to my field supervisor. Overall I am very pleased with the finished product.

From estimate to completion of the job, Feazel and their contractors were great to deal with. All my questions were answered. The estimate was clear and up-front. They took the time to explain the scope of work and the pricing. The crew that completed the work was friendly and courteous. All work was completed on-time, on-budget, and looks great!

Someone was out the day after I called and gave me an estimate. I called them the next day and told them to go ahead with the job. It was several weeks before they could do the repair. In the mean time, the shingles blew off. We called them as it was going to rain and we were afraid the roof would leak. Someone came out that day and put a patched on it. When they came out to do the repair , they were on time and finished the job quickly. It looks great!

My opinion is Feazel is the best and most professionally reliable roofing company in central Ohio. The sales and service representatives take all of the necessary time to explain the entire process which includes the damage or wear and tear on your roof, the type of new roof options and the cost associated with each selection you make; the company shows up on time, they are punctual and their workers work non stop and complete the roof installation quickly and cleanly. Feazel is a company which is truly dedicated to complete customer service satisfaction; the company's customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!

When we have had issues or damage they have come out and took care of it. It has been a positive experience. Some of the work was covered under warranty and their prices are fair. I would use them again.

Sent out sales for initial inspection. Was given a sales contract and they received my deposit information. I never heard back from the and quot;production managerand quot; , so I called back.....twice and left my information. I guess the $550+ job was too small to worry about. But that's ok, Mand R roofing in Delaware did the job for a lot less than you quoted!

I would never call them again. That was the only time that I used them. They delivered the materials and propped them in my backyard in early October and I did not hear from or see them again. I kept calling the office and I finally got a hold of somebody and they sent a crew out on the Thanksgiving weekend when I had company from out of town to finish the work that had been started. We had small children at that time. The kids were babies yet and they were just early walking and we wrote into the contract that we wanted them to come along with a magnetic roller and pick all of the nails and debris out of the yard and they did not do that either. I withheld the final payment and when the representative from the company came out, I explained to him that he was not getting a check until I was sure that all the nails had been picked up and he assured me that they had and I told him that they had not. He then took the roller and started going through the yard and it was obvious that they had not rolled anything. There were tons of nails left over the yard. Once they ran the rollers through then my husband and I went back out and picked up by hand what the rollers left. I would never hire them again. We only stayed in that house for about two years after that and then we moved to the house at Worthington. I do not think that there were any issues that came out after the service was done. Their price was pretty good and it was about mid-range.

The work was done in two days and the roof and gutters all look great. Those guys worked really hard, and when they left, our yard was cleaned up way better than it was before they got here. The bid was reasonable compared with other bids. When we called for an estimate, the guy called right back and made an appointment right away. Then he got us the bid in a timely manner. The only glitch was once we decided to go with them, we couldn't get the scheduler on the phone to schedule them. we kept leaving messages at the office and no call backs for a few days. The office person stated that they were really busy and I'm sure this was true; but we would have appreciated the call back just to get on their schedule at all. Finally we went through our original estimator, Will I think it was. He fixed it all and got us scheduled. Then it was very smooth. if not for the scheduling glitch, they would have gotten almost a perfect score.

I did not like the estimate experience. They use an a la carte system. They don't give you a specific price for your job. They instead give you different categories to choose from. While they were on my roof, they noticed my neighbor needed work done. They asked if I would give my neighbor their card and they would give me a discount for the referral. I thought that was very un-professional.

I think the thing that impressed me the most with Feazel was the willingness of the roofer to walk me through the entire process. The Feazel man met with my claims adjuster and inspected the roof with him. He also offered to repair several of our damaged screens at no extra cost to us. All of this sounds like routine but they were the third roofer I had contacted. One of the roofers came out in sandals and acted like we were putting them out. What was even more frustrating they were the top provider here on Angie's list. It goes to show when you are large company such as Feazel the review may not show the actual quality of the people working there. Thanks Feazel

They worked well with our insurance company. We liked their service, they did a great job, and they were nice people. I think the total price was competitive compared to other companies in the area.

It took them about a week to complete the work. Their workmanship was great. I was very satisfied with everything. The workers were highly skilled. After the roof was completed, it was a great job.

They came out quickly to examine the damages and within a day or two provided us with an estimate. Because the job was small they were able to fit the work in around the weather in a very timely manner. Work was done in a professional manner, they were respectful of our landscaping and cleaned up afterwards. We did find a few nails and screws in the week following the work but nothing caused a problem. I was not pressured into additional repairs that were not needed.

No work was done because the estimates for both the roof and the chimney were way to high. I got the chimney totally replaced for a third of the price they were asking and they were just going to and quot;fixand quot; it.

Great! The roofer came when he said he would, despite rain. He did the work in under and hour and cleaned up.

I am very pleased with the roof and we have not had any leaks finally after about 7 years.

They did an excellent job. Insurance replaced part of it but the price seemed reasonable. They did everything well.

I ended up not using them. The estimate amount was about $10800. They were very detailed and very good. I went with another company which was actually more expensive but I liked their quote a bit better. They did very well. My neighbors had work done by them and were very satisfied. I was impressed by their approach as they were very detailed on the work that they were going to perform. I thought that it was good. They were very responsive. They looked like a very experienced company. They did their homework and had a good presentation.

The roofing materials seem to be good quality and they do offer a lifetime warranty. Rather than write an estimate, they just take the whole homeowner check from the insurance co. since it was covered. Most of the work crew didn't speak English and they went into my neighbors yard to lie down and eat lunch and leave trash which I thought was totally unprofessional.

Their attention to detail and their explanation about what they were going to do made them excellent to work with.

From start to finish it was fine. The only exeception was the poor cleanup of job afterwards. We are still finding nails in the yard. Also, much of our landscaping was destroyed when they removed the roof and threw the shingles to the ground and right on top of flowers and other landscaping. One side of our house still has marks on the vinyl siding from the shingles.

Experience was great. The contract manager Frank Drummin was great worked with us every step and was easily reachable with any questions. When it was time to preform the work they did it in a half day. Workers were professional and polite. Several managers and inspectors showed up during the morning the workers where out. Great job all the way around with this company. Our home was only 2 years old when the tree fell, the work they did was better then when it was brand new.

I called them to come out to clean off moss on my spa house. He sprayed it with moss killer and left. I called him and he stated that is all he needs to do. I asked for a letter stating that it was guarantee. He said he would send it and never did. He said it would come off with rain. Since then we had several rain storms and it is still there. So I disputed it with my credit card company. Nothing came of it from the business. No one has contacted me from the dispute. All I want from this is for them to come out to take the moss off my roof for what I paid for.

We have used Angie's list and found two new roofers to come and give us advise/help with our roof. So far. Oth have been very professional and will be coming out this week.
