Description of Work: Twice we scheduled online a time for a roofing inspection and estimate. The first time, no one came at the scheduled time and we had not received confirmation. The second time, email confirmation was received for the scheduled time, but again, no one came to perform the inspection. We will not attempt a third appointment - our business was lost.

Description of Work: This was a request to have our skylights checked and to see if any work needed to be done on them As it turns out, nothing needs to be done and the person gave us great advice on what to do.

Description of Work: Fixed a hole in my roof and replaced a piece of plywood. Professional. Fast and performed very well.

Description of Work: New roof on Sept 11, & new vinyl siding on Sept 28. Roof done in a day; most of siding also, except for a few hours wrap up the following day. Both crews did an outstanding job, and cleaned up thoroughly as well.

Description of Work: Replace the shingles throughout a valley that was causing leaking. Everything went well and was finished in a timely fashion. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.

Description of Work: I gave them a B mainly due to the fact that we always had to initiate contact. We called them to set up the actual work and the sales rep was very anxious to get our deposit. He indicated that we would hear something in about 2 weeks. We had to call them after waiting 3 weeks. That day we received an email indicating they would contact us within 10 days, we waited 2 1/2 weeks before calling them again. My husband called the owner and he was very conciliatory. We were finally contacted about an appointment. The work was done, and they were very professional about it and the clean up. So over all the work was great, it was just the repsonsiveness, which in my mind affects professionalism. | |Maybe part of the problem is the fact that the deposit check was apparently lost. I noticed it had not been cashed during all of this time, and we just received a bill from them indicating we owed them the amount of the deposit. I understand that these things happen, and am more than willing to write another check for it.

Description of Work: I can't completely evaluate since I have a leak. I have notified them, we are expecting quite heavy rain this weekend, and I still have water running down the rafters and dampening my walls from the rain of Tuesday. This is Thursday. I called them yesterday AM. I would like to reserve the right to amend if they get out here and put a stop to it before more damage.

Description of Work: Replaced skylight over screened porch. Difficult installation as skylight placement is near transition point in roof pitch and materials. No leaks yet.
