Description of Work: Installed new, and refinished original white oak hardwood flooring. They were very responsive to our request with very good follow up. The job took a little longer than expected but only because they were not satisfied with their own work and want to redo some areas.

Description of Work: Absolutely outstanding results! We are completely pleased in every way. |Bill Needham is a professional. He explained what we should expect. We were |out of state during the time work was performed. He emailed us progress pictures |daily. Our floor looks better now than when it was new. We highly recommend |Fabulous Floors. Description of Work: Bill came out to the house to give an estimate for a full refinish of about 800 sq ft of wood flooring. The estimate also included joining two rooms (where we plan to remove an interior wall) with a turnboard and painting and installing shoe molding. Bill was very nice and took time to explain different options available to us. Estimate was about what we expected

+ 0 moreWhen the franchisee, Bill Needham first came to give an estimate it was obvious he was a seasoned professional in floor finishing. After receiving 3 bids on the job, we chose Fabulous Floors because he was the most professional of the 3. Bill had a fair price and performed his craft with total expertise and perfection. Everything was great! His two helpers were dedicated and driven to do a perfect job! Next time I wont even bother to get bids because he publishes his square foot pricing in his advertisements.
