Representative came out and surveyed the situation. I had an interest in discussing a tankless electric unit, but he spent some time to inform me that electric tankless systems do not work well in this part of the country because the water starts out so cold, especially in the winter (i.e they are very expensive to run). Since I do not have gas available in my residence, a standard unit was recommended. I also discussed the fact that a previous unit (not the one replaced this time) had rusted out without my being aware of it, and since there is no drain in the basement, caused many problems. He explained a set-up with a nominal additional charge that would alleviate that worry. I then requested a Monday installation since trash pick-up is Tuesday mornings and being in Westerville I could dispose of it for free. The unit was installed in the early afternoon of the next Monday and the old unit moved to the curb. I have used the company on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed.

Gentleman was obviously used to dealing with people who were going to freak out when he had to tear into the ceiling to get to the pipe. The problem was that years ago during a tub installation plumbers had all but cut through a supporting stud to make room for new pipe. This left the pipe bearing the weight and honestly I'm surprised it lasted that long. Eaton's plumber explained clearly what had to be done and left himself a little margin for error. On old houses you never know what you're going to get into. Cutting into plaster can create a huge mess but the Eaton Plumber laid out lots of drop cloth and even was careful about a one of a kind antique Craftsman lamp. The pipe was repaired and shored up so that we don't have problems with it again. Price was kind of high, I thought, but after he gave it to me it didn't change later and he was so efficient...I would have taken me a lot longer.

I've used Eaton plumbing in the past and had good experiences. Originally schedule to just have them replace the garbage disposal but the night before they came, I discovered water in the basement due to the sump pump not working. We had that big rain on Monday but never went down to basement until Thursday. I called first thing on Friday to see if they would have to also replace the sump pump and said sure. The plumber arrived on time and was able to replace everything in a timely manner.

The gentleman called me 10- minutes before his arrival. Service was scheduled at 8:00 am and he came exactly on time with everything he needed for the job. Everything was fixed within 30 minutes..

Kenny arrived right on time. All the work listed above was completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. The ball stop, ice maker stop and water line were tested for leaks. The area where the work was done was cleaned up. Everyone works well.

Everything went well. He was on time, polite and professional.

Kenny was here promptly, did the work, and left pleasant demeanor and very instructive.

Once the outside curb box was located the problem was quickly resolved. Bert and Randy did a great job at diagnosing and remediating the problem. I would recommend them.

Max was very prompt and professional in providing us with a complete review of the situation, and a written proposal of work to be done, and their cost. Burt was efficient and effective in his plumbing work. He arrived timely and kept a neat work area.

Arrived on time. Spent 10-minutes or less looking at shower and announced he could not remove how water faucet and suggested that I try to remove on my own and if I am successful to give them a call. Problem not fixed - was a waste of my time and money. I was very disappointed with this experience. I had used Eaton in the past and had been pleased with service, quality and price.

Overall satisfied with work. Believe the company to be competent. Was introduced to the company when considering the installation of a standby generator at my residence. They were introduced to me by a Kohler dealer different than the one I ultimately selected to purchase my generator from. I asked if they would do the plumbing work (installation of gas lines from gas meter to generator) for the Kohler dealer I chose to do the electrical work. They indicated they would but asked that they contract directly with me versus the dealer they did not know. I agreed. Gas lines were installed as agreed and passed inspection (as did the electrical work done by another contractor) However, there was a problem in the generator running a full capacity once everyone completed their work. It turns out it was a manufacturer problem (the gasket was prohibiting the throttle from fully opening in this case). This was complicated by the fact that the electrical work and gas line work are/were done by separate contractors, but must be coordinated. In order for Kohler to find a solution to the issue. Kohler asked that the electrician and plumber conduct certain tests, before they came on site. The electrician did what was required without incremental charge. Eaton did their portion (running a gas pressure test), but subsequently sent a bill. I was not happy about the bill, or its size, particularly since no incremental billing was discussed in advance. In discussing this with the Eaton, they agreed to reduce the bill to a and quot;fairand quot; amount given the situation. No issue with the fireplace starter valve, or sump pump replacement.

Burt has been at our house several times, always helpful and professional. Came back to fix a line to the ice-maker, which had been inadvertently disconnected-at no charge.

Supplied and installed new garbage disposal. Cost of unit was higher than and quot;sameand quot; model from home improvement stores, but it was explained that contractor supplied units are built with more metal, less plastic, and work better for longer. Had the proper parts to fix faucet with him. Would like to have also replaced the and quot;Oand quot; ring, but did not have the right size. Operation with the old and quot;Oand quot; ring has not been a problem.

The quality of the work and integrity of the plumber were excellent and after one week, I see not issues with leakage or other issues. I though that we had a problem with the toilet seal in the guest bath but he tested and inspected the toilet and suggested there was no problem. At his recommendation we did not disturb the toilet seal and it seems to be working fine after one week. He saved me money and potential issues of disturbing the seal.

Eaton Plumbing was very responsive to my needs. I am remodeling my master bath and trying to stay within a time frame for completion. Max came out to do the estimate on Monday, and they started the work Thursday afternoon. The work was finished early Friday afternoon (well ahead of the end of business day I requested). Randall, the tech who completed the work, was very punctual and professional. His experience paid off when he solved an issue with running a new drain for the new double headed shower I am putting in. This is the second job I have had Eaton Plumbing quote, their price has been the best both times. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

I thought that they were excellent. They came right out and fixed my problem. I liked their promptness I guess. They were on time. I thought their price was good. It was excellent. There were no problems with the quality of their work. So it was excellent I guess. They were excellent with responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

Eaton Plumbing has been our plumber of choice for many years. They are honest, reasonable and prompt. They are also very friendly and professional. Our last contact with them was two weeks ago. As I began dinner preparations, I discovered that our kitchen drain was totally stopped up. I called them at around 3:30. By 5 the plumber was on site and at work. The problem was in the drainage pipe under the basement floor. The problem was fixed within 90 mins.

We have used them before and they have always done what we needed done when we needed it. They are our plumber. I will use them again in the future.

I called Eaton Plumbing on April 27. They asked where the old unit was leaking to determe whether it was a plumbing or water heater issue. Once clear it was determined to likely be a defective water heter, they asked about a replacement water heater (powervent unit), quoted a price and offered to come out yet that afternoon. Since this time did not work for me, we scheduled for the next morning. Danny arrived on time, removed the old water heater, and installed the new heater quickly and professionally. He left the work site as clean as he found it.

They inspected the tub in question but never responded with an estimate. I waited several days and called, was told that I'd hear back soon, and still never got a word back. I wish they simply stated they weren't interested in my business. Would've saved me some time. I contracted with a different company eventually.

Kitchen sink was leaking around base and husband could not turn off with valves under sink, so called for plumber. He came out the next day as scheduled. He replaced shutoff valves without checking them. After the fact, we think they may have been working. Husband just did not understand he had to shut off both hot and cold. They definately work now. Took kitchen fawcet apart. Leak was not where he normally sees this kind of leak. He explained that it was corroded on inside and that replacing the D ring MIGHT fix it, but he could not be sure because of the corrosion. Since he had no replacment on his truck, the only option was to put it back together and see. The invoice I singed had no gaurentee on the kitchen sink because it was so corroded on the inside. It is better, but it still leaks. Now that we know the shutoff valves work, we will replace it ourselves. Fixed bath sink drip quickly. This did not cost any more as he was already into next 1/2 hour. Very nice and easy to work with. Showed up on time.

He had all the tools he needed to do the work. He finished both projects in about 90 minutes, and cleaned up after himself. He was very self-sufficient after we told him what we needed to have done (he didn't need constant reminding or oversight). My husband is very picky about the quality of work done on our house, and we were both very pleased with Eaton Plumbing.

Everything went well. Called Monday and Kenny came Wednesday on time to diagnose problem. He came back Friday on time with new valve and installed it. Total cost for both days with new part was 412.45. Very professional and always on time. I would definitely use this company again.

Max was very prompt, professional, and friendly. Even gave genuine attention to our very "exubriant" dog. After taking him on a "tour" to different parts of the basement to show whe gas line enters/exits house, he gave a ball park of $300-400. Explained offical email would be delivered in a couple of days, which it was. Final extimate came back at $423.00 which was much greater than we expected. We continued to get additional extimates on the same work and settled on a handyman who has done work for other family memebers and who gave us a written bid of 153.00. I was amazed at the difference in price and while I wanted to give Eaton the job, I could not get past the much higher estimate. We have continued to recommend Eaton to friends and I would call them for an estimate in the future.

They came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do.
