They are extremely reliable and they do a great job. They are very professional and gets the home cleaned very efficiently. What has been the most impressive thing is that if I have any feedback they take it and adjust accordingly. It has been quite a weight lifted off my shoulders.

I paid for deep cleaning to be done. I asked question about the blinds and windows. I was told they would be clean, as well as the other things they would clean. Upon watching them clean I noticed they did not "deep clean", or at least not my definition of "deep clean". Nothing was given extra attention, scrubbed nor were areas that needed it give proper attention. Although they cleaned more things than they would in a general cleaning the way they clean appeared to be the same as a general cleaning. They wiped down things. there was no scrubbing. This means that my home was left with a film of dirt. I pointed out a number of things that had not been done. when I ran my hand across the window sills there was dirt. There was a dirt build up on the living room hard wood floor that was missed. It was not scrubbed, but wiped doing nothing to the dirt. The baseboards in both bathroom still had dirt on them. In the upstairs bathroom one side of the floor had not been cleaned and the lower part of the door frame had not been wiped down. The blinds still had dirt on them were sticky to the touch. There was mold left in the down stairs bathroom shower. There was dirt on the window sills. I pointed out t the owner all of things. I used their spray, sprayed the window sill and scrubbed it to show the difference when a house is deep cleaned. The young lady immediate saw the difference. She was instructed to scrub the sill. This sill was clean, however the others were not. The baseboards were done over and the upstairs bathroom floor was cleaned on the side that had been missed. The door frame had also been ,missed and was wiped down. The living room floor the area with the build up was scrubbed. I asked the owner about the product they used because they did not appear to get the dirt off. I was told they are eco-friendly, not strong. It would have taken hours for them to go back over the things that needed to be done. also it did not appear they had the proper products to deep clean nor the proper understanding of what it means to "deep clean." I thanked them. Note: I was told by the owner that cleaning windows was part of the deep cleaning. I am not sure what cleaning windows looks like to them. The inside of the window was wiped, but the window was not cleaned. This morning I checked everything. The pictures had dirt on the frames. The chandelier in the kitchen had not been touched. the kitchen floor felt sticky, underneath the tube in the upstairs bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The couch in the living room had not been moved and cleaned behind. Even on the side of it had not been clean. They was dirt under the beds in the master and the second bedroom. This is the first time I ever had any one come in and clean my house. I usually do it all myself, however I had not deep cleaned it while and knew it needed. I know how long it takes t d it right. I was tired so for the first time said I would follow through and hired someone to do it. I am really disappointed about the outcome. My home is still dirty. It needs a deep cleaning. Please know the people were very nice who came to the house. Note: I addressed my complaint while they were at the house. The owner did what he knew to do to fix it, but it was not what I determine to be deep cleaning. It is obvious their idea of deep cleaning has to do with the number of things they clean, not the method they use to clean them. Deep cleaning has to do with the way the cleaning process is done. It bears the name deep differentiating it is from surface cleaning or general cleaning.

Very Well. Cleaners were on time. One took off their shoes one did not??? Completed brief discussion on expectations and off they went. Cleaners were careful with the products they used and did a nice job in two hours. Met and exceeded expectation.

Wonderful. Usually 3-4 cleaners at a time and are in/out in less than an hour. We have over 2500 sq foot ranch and 4 fur babies. The house is always sparkling and smells wonderful after they visit. Staff is courteous and kind.
