Lousy....Not so well. they only worked for an hour and did not complete some of the basics. Cornor sofa was untouched, many of the things were not back inn the same spot. Trash left at garage door entrance. My wife has to spend at least an hour resetting back. 4 people came at sharp 3 PM and left right at 4 PM. I don't recommend them at all to any one.

Three people came promptly at the time scheduled. They started from dusting the ceilings all the way to the floors and everything in between methodically. They were very responsive to my instructions and did a great job. I believe they did over and above our expectation and we are very happy with the service.

Scheduling was very difficult and would not accomodate my requests for a Thursday or a Friday unless I became a regular client. I had paid for 3 hours of cleaning and asked them to text when they left my home. I was across the street at the neighbors and watched them leave 2 hours after arriving, and waited another hour (to make it look like they had been there for the full 3 hours) to text me so I could set my home alarm. (In which I am also able to see the exact time every door opens and closes, also proving they only stayed 2 hours. The owner originally promised me (proof in text message) if I signed up to be a regular client that I would be given the $99 rate I had gotten through Angie's list. He then text me after my appointment and told me it would be $115 a session. I reminded him he had agreed upon the $99 and also that I paid for 3 hours of cleaning and only received 2 hours. The only response I got was that I misunderstood him. I will not use this company again. The cleaning was also nothing spectacular, something I could myself do in 2 hours or less.

The team arrived promptly. Went right to work. They did a fabulous job on the stove and wood work.

Good. After they left I did notice areas on the floors that were not clean, in bathroom near baseboard and around toilet. People were very friendly. Otherwise all was fine.

Average at best. Items I specified were major concern were done poorly. There were only 3 issues of concern for me.

Dream Cleaning called me within hours of my Angie's List purchase and scheduled a convenient time for the cleaning. The crew of three showed up on time and worked very hard They did a great job for us.

I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for many reasons. I have quite a large house in Victorian Village that has been difficult to keep up with for many months and finally caved to getting a service. I wanted to go with a bonded service with great reviews and found Alfredo's company. We discussed the price, and he gave me a great low ball estimate after hearing my description. I let him know that I was going to be realistic and expect that I would possibly pay more- Our home is an ancient, three story victorian home with 5 full baths, a very large kitchen, sun room, formal dining room, and each floor has a separate landing with living room. We also have pets and a large saltwater aquarium. When the team walked in, I could sense their apprehension, but Alfredo said that he looks forward to a challenge! They did a wonderful job on all floors, living spaces and bathrooms. I haven't seen our stove look this great ever. And they were responsive to my requests and feedback. They took care to avoid aerosols and sprays around the aquarium. They kept the cats in the bedroom while cleaning as I had requested. We have many walls, and a lot of trim, so I understand if a few spots were missed-- but on the walk through when I pointed it out, he was truly apologetic, and they responded immediately to touch up any areas they couldn't make it to. He was personable, thoughtful and they even re-tied the cat toys back on their scratching posts when they found them behind the couch! As a last touch, he noticed the rocking chairs on our porch were quite dusty and they cleaned them so we could enjoy the end of the nice summer evening. I spent more on this visit, more because it is a deep clean. I got exactly what I asked for. I also understand what it is to get a touch up clean, and our subsequent visits are scheduled to be much more reasonable (~100-125 per visit depending on what we get done). I would highly recommend his service and his team!

I cannot edit my previous F review but felt I had to respond to the service provider in order to give AL members an accurate account. My husband was standing right next to me when we negotiated service cost, and he also heard the agreement to be $100 plus $25 for windows. I acknowledge there may have been a language barrier; however, that is why I advise AL members to get things in writing. FYI I did save all of our text communication and have a conversation where you clearly state you will do the house and windows for $125, just this once due to confusion. As for the last cleaning, I was definitely the one who was cheated. The bathrooms were not done- counters were wiped and they were vacuumed- that's it. No tub, no shower. Every room had to be redone by me in some capacity after this "cleaning". I spent about 2 hours the next day cleaning my house. You acknowledged you did not check the upstairs because you were in a hurry. As far as your "many texts" go you were scheduled to come out to fix the problem (which you offered to do!), then were late, then tried to push the time back to late that evening. We have two children and evening does not work. When I said that wouldn't work you NEVER contacted me again. Why would you, you had already been paid! This is the last I will say on the matter- when a reputable company has an unhappy customer they do not attack them for expressing their opinion- they ask what they can do to fix it. Had you come to fix the cleaning like you promised I would not have written this review, although I probably would not have booked again.

Great job...team of 4 people hit the house in a very efficient manner. Polite, courteous and a clean house at the end! The only thing that bothered me some was the strong smell of cleaning chemicals. Considering supplying my own cleaning products next time.

Scheduling was very easy, as I was able to coordinate it through text then one quick phone call to answer some questions, etc and set a time. A team of 3 people came out and were very friendly and on time, and everyone worked very efficiently. It only took them 2 hours to complete the job, and the house was spotless! I hired them for a monthly cleaning service because I was very satisfied with their work.

The cleaning quality and attention to detail are the best we have experienced.

SPECTACULAR! Alfredo and his team did an excellent job cleaning out 2500+ sq. foot home. The team of 3 spent almost 4 hours cleaning the two main levels of our home (basement was not requested). They literally cleaned everything and after almost a week, the house still smells/looks great. They were quick to respond and very professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for housecleaning services.
