We have used this company for over a year and are completely satisfied with the service. They are so flexible with scheduling and very responsive and punctual. While cleaning the house, they are very detail oriented and professional.

Dream Cleaning Services was a dream! They were extremely trustworthy, punctual, and did an excellent job. My only negative was that the deal was a bit misleading. I use a regular cleaning service that is usually a bit more expensive so the Angie's List deal caught my eye, but I ended up spending about the same amount, for service that was just slightly below my regular service. Would still book them again and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Things went well. I never seem to schedule enough time for everything to be accomplished thoroughly, but they did a nice job in the main rooms of the house and did their best with the time remaining to give some attention to the lesser used areas.

Alfredo and his team did an amazing job on the deep clean of my home. Alfredo was very responsive and did everything they said they were going to do in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Alfredo and Dream Cleaning Services.

Alfredo was quick to respond to my initial email. He was so pleasant and personable on the phone, and was eager to note any specific details I told him such as keeping certain doors closed because of cat/dog interaction. He explained that he takes pride in getting to know each customer's individual preferences for their homes and I do truly believe that! The crew he came with were all very pleasant and I was shocked by the care they took such as finding a missing earring of mine and adding it to it's match in my jewelry holder. I wish I had before pictures to prove how great of a job they did, but I left with a cluttered, dirty, smelly condo and came home to a home that was so clean it reminded me of being in a hotel! He followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory, called when he said he would, and I look forward to having them come every month.

I am very satisfied with the work done. We are now in our third month of every two week appointments, We have a afternoon appointment and they explained very carefully that the time they arrived would depend on the job before ours. A window of 12 noon and 2 PM was given and they have always been here between those times. Two or three people come, they work very diligently and carefully and are usually finished within 1 and 1/2 - 2 hours. We have a two story, 4BR and 2 bathrooms, it is an old house so it is harder to get and keep clean. The bathrooms and the kitchen shine when they are finished. Highly recommended!

Alfredo is very responsive. House always smells great when I get home from work after they clean. Price is reasonable compared to other companies with the same service but I think Alfredo and his team do a much better job.

Dream Cleaning Services have been fantastic! The owner, José, is very responsive, fair, and friendly. The cleanings have been excellent and efficient. There have even been lovely touches we didn’t expect, like vacuuming the sides of the couch! We would highly recommend Dream Cleaning Services for both occasional and regular cleaning.

Dream Cleaning is a regular service for us. They very thorough, reliable, and flexible. I highly recommend this group and Alfredo Guevara is a consummate professional. We have requested some substitutions for cleaning products (allergies) and they happily accommodated. It’s worth every penny!

Very pleased with their work. Arrived on time and are very professional. Did all that I asked and more. I would highly recommend using them.

It was terrible. I had to call them back again because they did a terrible job in cleaning my home. To start, they were an hour late, with no explanation or apology as to why they were late. They did not move anything to clean behind, they did not want to move out my refrigerator or stove, did not lift any cushions on sofas or chairs. They said they cleaned my fans upstairs and moved out the beds, but they did not do this. The girls did not speak English. When washing my floors they kept going over them with the same cloth and did not use a bucket with Murphy's Oil Soap on my wooden floors. All in all, it was a terrible experience, and I am now afraid to use Angie's List because of this terrible experience. I pay $60 per year to use Angie's List. They said they were supposed to do deep cleaning, but I absolutely cannot see how they did anything that would evidence that they did this kind of work.I gave them a $50 tip, and after they left, I started to check to see what kind of work they did and I am very disappointed. I would never recommend them and I would never hire them again. I think I failed to mention that I had to call them back a second time to correct what they did not finish the first time.

We hired them for a house cleaning once every two weeks, and it is the best money we've spent - they do more in 2-3 hours than we could in an entire weekend of cleaning. They take care of all our carpets, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and trash, and pay attention to all the details so that everything is spotless. They are very responsive and we plan to continue using them for regular biweekly cleanings (every two weeks) when we move houses, too.

They worked diligently and cleaned everything thoroughly. There were items they would have cleaned (closets, cupboards, larger of two ovens, refrigerator) that we told them we didn't need done. They asked if we had areas of special concerns and at our request they cleaned the tops of some very high cabinets.

Unfortunately the movers were still there when the cleaning crew first arrive. they asked to come back at 1:00p.m. and that was fine. They promptly returned and started right in. Two of the crew left after an hour, and the other two were gone within 2 hours.They did not dust or wipe down the baseboards, but I believe the fans were cleaned on the main floor. I don't think they cleaned upstairs as all.

Very well. Nice couple of people. Hard working and pleasant.
