Drain Busters

Fantastic! They were very determined to find the source of the problem and explained it in a very informative and professional manner. Their detective work ultimately saved us up to 12,000 dollars in waterproofing our basement. There was an actual baseball blocking one of the drains that the company that doesn't have video scoping tools were unable to see and therefore properly fix the problem. They also used their camera to identify new plastic drains that lead straight to the street that we previously did not know existed. This saved us from ripping up our entire wood patio deck for the installation of drains for this particular gutter downspout to empty into. There was no way to tell this without their knowledge and equipment.

We called and Drain Busters came out to our house the next day. They were on time. We showed the technician the situation in our basement. We have two drains holes in our basement floor, and the lowest point in the basement was not where the backup occurred. The backup occurred from the other drain which is a little higher up in the floor. A pipe runs underground between the two drains; it is the main drain for the house. The technician decided a temporary clog occurred between the two drains which caused the backup on our floor. He also thinks it cleared itself, because we haven't had a repeat occurrence of water or debris. I was very pleased that after examining the area and listening to our description of the problem that Drain Busters said not to do anything, because it seemed like a fluke problem. He thought it would be a waste of time and money to put a camera in the drain. They didn't charge us anything for their time. Honesty is highly rated and appreciated.

Tech called back quickly after my initial call and checked out the sewer drain, corrected toilet setup and had us back to normal very fast. Professional, courteous and comforting.

I can highly recommend Drain Busters. Except for only a few instances, we have hired Drain Busters for main line snaking, and have been highly satisfied each time. Each technician has been incredibly professional, timely, efficient and knowledgeable. In addition, as our sewer pipe continued to deteriorate, they advised us about the condition and provided references for pipe replacement or lining. I cannot say enough about how professional and courteous their technicians are. So thorough and they explain everything they are doing. Great company!

Storm pipe to the street seemed to be clogged since rain drainage was coming back up the gutter drain. Had a different company out and they could only guess at the problem. Drain Busters came out and put a camera in the line and could tell me exactly where the problems were (2 different locations). He was also able to diagnose that the pipe was either cut or crushed. He was quick, efficient and professional. He told me exactly what I needed to know in order to make a decision as to how I wanted to proceed.

Roots got in it. They had to run a snake and clean it out. They were very good. The price was competitive. The whole service was very good. They were here when they said they would be.

It couldn't have gone better. They communicated with us every step of the way and didn't stop until they found the root issue(s). They jetted the main drain and ran a camera down our 150 ft. main sewer line which allowed us to identify the weak points in our old lines. Within just a short conversation with both Sam and Jason you'll realize they aren't your average plumber-type; they are both extremely professional, well-education, clean cut individuals. They definitely will be our go-to plumbing contractor from here on out.

I have an old house so Drano is not an option at my house. I need somebody to come in with a snake who knows what they’re doing so they don’t ruin something very, very expensive to fix. They were in and out, both drains working properly in about half an hour, it was great. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to be there. They were tidy, you know plumbing stuff can be dirty and wet. They didn’t leave a mess, didn’t make a trouble nothing.

We called Drain Busters on a Friday morning. We were pleased when they arrived at our home by early afternoon. Ian was professional, polite, and very efficient. He took care of the problem and spoke with us regarding how to best maintain the drain. The guys were AWESOME! They both worked extremely hard to get the line open. We had another company come out and quoted some ridiculous estimate with digging up the line / patio for the "sewer trap" and when Drain Busters came in they got it all the way open to the sewer, and no "trap" was on our line!! They saved us so much grief and money!!!! I would and WILL hire them again to check our line annually :)

Sam arrived earlier than expected and worked extra hard to get through the sludge before calling Jason to bring the water jet. The water jet toughed through the sludge and we now have a clean main line!! We would HIGHLY recommend them for your drain job!! They were pleasant, professional and honest! We will definitely use them again for rechecking our system next year!!

They were awesome! They were prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They took care of the issue that Roto-Rooter had failed to fix multiple times. Roto-Rooter said we needed to put in an exterior clean-out in order to clean the main line with a 6" blade. These guys found a clean-out right near the edge of the house that they were able to get a 6" blade in. Roto-Rooter has been to our house 4+ times in 3 years and never looked around to see if there was another option. Drain Busters also offered knowledgeable suggestions about how we could re-route our washing machine's plumbing into another area, to help alleviate future issues (basically connecting into bigger pipes sooner). They were really great. They even cleaned the black stains Roto-Rooter left on our carpet 2 days before!! We will use this company any time we have another issue - top notch!

Wow! Sam was very informative, courteous and so helpful!! He found the location of our issue outside with a camera and eased our minds! Also, after mentioning a shower issue, he quickly cleared that drain out and after 3 years of living in this house, we finally have a working basement shower!!!

I called Drainbusters this morning before 8. I received an answer and a same-day appointment was scheduled. It was scheduled 12-3 and I had to run to my mother's in Mt. Sterling in the morning. I told the person on the phone and was told that was ok, the appt would be definitely after noon and that I would be called 30 minutes before arrival. I was on my home from mom's when I got my call. Ian came in and I explained my problem. He checked under my sink and then he looked in my basement to check my pipe configuration. He ran a industrial-strength snake and in 5 minutes, the clog was gone. He then hooked up my plumbing, checked for leaks and further clogs and then left. I don't think he was here for 12 minutes.

Ian showed up promptly, did some diagnostic work and then snaked the drain. It is now working perfectly. I was amazed that he took care of it in about 10 minutes.
