Description of Work: Cleaned tree roots from main drain...came in, set up, did the job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and off they went!

Description of Work: Cleared the lateral drain out to the main sewer line and CCTV'd (video taped) to determine if an issue since I had the line cleared a year earlier and am in an older neighborhood with large trees. All was good and he explained each step, including the size of the bit he used given the size of my laterals. I will call him every 18 months to repeat service as never want to go through the sewer back up mess again.

Description of Work: Snaked main line and floor drain. Floor drain had a sock in it they did mot pressure me nor did they do the main drain first. Figure it was floor drain and did it then we discussed the main drain.

Description of Work: He snaked the downstairs drain and found that it was connected to the shower drain and cleared both drains! Great work.

Description of Work: Company is advertised as a sewer cleaning company but informed me they do not work in craw spaces. Did not seem interested in working. It makes the coupons worthless. FYI there was no work date which I checked above but it made me enter a service date

Description of Work: Had a main drain backup this morning and they bumped me ahead in their schedule and were here in 90 minutes. Fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely hire them again!

Description of Work: Sam came promptly and worked for about an hour unclogging the main drain out to the city connection. Tree roots were the problem. I was extremely pleased that they told me up front what it would cost, and the final bill was exactly that. I had a bad experience with another company and it was a pleasure to work with Drainbusters. I would recommend them highly and will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: The business is owned by two brothers. They provided service within 3 hours of my call. Although no work was performed, they did give me a very reasonable estimate on the job. They didn't need to clear the drains from showers as I was able to do it earlier. Water was running perfect when they showed up and I elected not to have them snake the drains at this time. However, they will be my first call if the stoppage happens again. Very couteous and prompt.

Description of Work: This was for a second opinion after the first drain cleaning company recommended very expensive and extensive repairs. Drain Busters clean out the drain (which the previous company apparently did not completely do. Then showed me with a camera the pipes all the way to the city pipes. After Drain Busters clean the line it was clean as a whistle (except for an occasional very small root). They did not recommend $3500 to $10,000 of repairs as the previous company did. Instead they recommended having the drain clean every couple of years (for $165.00). They return my call quickly when I called to make an appointment and said they would be there at 9am. They arrived at 9am, took less than an hour and left my home clean.

Description of Work: Sam was punctual, professional and friendly. He gave a reasonable diagnosis before he started, and it turned out he was right. We were worried about a multi-thousand-dollar job, but he just reamed out the pipes and that was it. Others we contacted gave bad diagnoses ("just add bleach to the sump pit and it won't smell any more") or an expensive solution ("have to send a video down". But, what exactly will the video see if the pipe is blocked???). We will consult him again when we need a plumber.

Description of Work: I called on a Friday and he was here within an hour. He cleaned my clogged kitchen sink drain quickly and I asked if he could also change a couple of old pipes under the sink. He actually went to the plumbing store and got extra materials and was done in a short time. He was about $50 less than others I called first. The additional charges that made the total $120 included additional parts and labor. I thought it was a great deal & minimal for his time. He saved my husband hours of unpleasant work that weekend. I highly recommend Drain Busters.
