Description of Work: Cleaned main drain from house to city's drain. Always a good job. We use them for regular maintenance on our drain system. They have been servicing this home since the 1990's. Note if they use a camera to look through your drain, make sure to get a price quote, because that is an extra cost. Technician fails to tell you that.

Description of Work: Clean main drain and found sink in basement also fully clogged. So the price was a little more. But he cut the sink price in half to unclog it.

Description of Work: Need a downspout drain checked to the road..(150 or so feet)..had tried to remove blockage myself..they got it in literally 5 minutes ..but did not try to allude that it was harder than it was (they commented "you probably got it 90% cleared and we just topped it off". |Reatached the downspout and no extra charge.....well done and would higly recommend them.

Description of Work: Our kitchen sink drain was clogged. After taking apart the drain under the sink, it was clear the clog was between the trap arm and the connection to the main. Called Monday morning and the serviceman arrived 15 minutes early. Assessed the situation, bought in the auger and was done in about 20 minutes. Would call them again in a minute. Description of Work: Drain Busters arrived at my house promptly, reviewed the configuration of plumbing and the existing clog, and informed me that this work was beyond their capability (I have a very long sewage line from house to street, and their equipment was not long enough to reach the clog). Initially, I questioned their response, but after calls to several other firms, I found that few drain cleaning contractors are equipped to handle the conditions at my residence. Utlimately, I found a plumber (after asking for recommendations from Drain Busters) who completed the work. Drain Busters did not charge me, and offered to continue to provide me with recommendations until I found a firm that could help. They were courteous, prompt, and helpful. I will definitely try them again if the circumstances warrant the opportunity.

Description of Work: Our swage line was partially blocked and backing up into the basement. I called them on the weekend and they were at the house on Monday morning. They were on time (a little early which was appreciated), professional, quick, and clean. They did a good job and we would recommend them.

Description of Work: Drain Busters can out and fixed the leak under 60 minutes.

Description of Work: Ran a camera down the drain pipe to try to determine the cause of intermittent blockage. Decided to run a scaler on the cast iron pipe to try to clean it but it created other problems. They spent a lot of time here and provided as much service as they could to try to resolve the problem. Ended up only charging for the camera run. Recommended a good plumber who could help replace the bad section of cast iron pipe.
