Description of Work: A snake with cutting blades was used to clear tree roots from the drain line which was causing the basement drain to backup and flood the basement. The work was done quickly and the basement was left in good condition. Sam was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained what was done and the reasons. He was a pleasure to work with. He also honored the Angie's List membership discount which was very much appreciated.

Description of Work: A blockage in our downspout drain caused the lines to rupture. We called Drain Busters to come see what needed to be done. Our dealings with them were very professional and their staff showed up right at the agreed on time. The technician wasted no time running a camera through the drain and was able to tell me exactly where the blockages were. He then told me that they didn't deal with that particular situation but suggested several other companies that do that sort of repair. When I asked how much I owed him, I was told that, since he didn't actually do anything and had only been on site for a short while, there would be no charge.
